Best New Car Buying Experience Ever!

Very knowledgeable, enthusiastic staff ... they know their Fiats. No high pressure, got a great price (without haggling) and an excellent interest rate. Good selection ... I got the equipment and color I wanted. I actually enjoyed the experience. Fiats are new and I ordered my Fiat in June. Was a backlog but worth the wait. Doreen and Pat in sales were great. Just as enthused about the car as I was, very friendly and helpful. There was no haggle policy and no surprises at closing. And Justin the head mechanic is very good. I added snow tires and some aftermarket upgrades. Justin's emails replys quickly and we had some great on line discussions of options. Honestly, you feel like family at this Studio.
