Never got my paperwork

I bought a car from Autonation and they delivered it without tags and without paperwork. The sale process was fine but they could not complete the transaction. I don't know what to do.

Bad experience with a simple oil change

It took exactly two hours for an oil change, technicians "write" down all the checks, but they forgot to take off the "sign" from the dashboard about the change oil warning. It was advertised on the dealer web page when I made the appointment for the oil change service at $49.99, and with nothing else made for the service I paid $95.

Truck recalls

Here we go i scheduled an appointment for October 26th so i dropped my truck off on the 25th they told me it would take one day well that never happened i did not get my truck back until Friday November 3rd, I am assuming since i did not have a loaner vehicle from them they truly figured there would no rush to get it completed, Oh they have 1 excuse over and over. I am only giving you 4 stars just since the advisor was so polite and nice otherwise i think it would be a 1 or a 2. I have been going to this dealership for years and the service is truly going down hill.

Our service experience with AutoNation was pleasant. Our Service Rep. Troy Reps was very detailed in explaining the process, timelines for completion, and what was wrong with our vehicle and what needed to be repaired. This vehicle is our daughters that we bought her for college. I asked Troy if he could push up the timeline for completion as we were currently renting another car for her to drive while her car was getting fixed. Troy understood the situation and was able to move us up 3 days ahead of schedule to accommodate our situation! While this is not Troy’s fault, we were disappointed that a loaner car was not available causing us to have to rent a car. The only other issue is again not AutoNations fault, but we are very unsatisfied and disappointed that this repair was so expensive, and that Ford would not cover the cost. The repairs needed on our Ford Focus are common among these vehicles and the problem with this vehicle is well known to ford and the public with recalls being issued and customer satisfaction programs being established, but to our disappointment, none of those were applied to our vehicle.

Had a Great Experience!

Had to bring car in for a n airbag recall on a 2009 Ford Edge. Kevin was my primary contact, and was exemplary in his can do attitude, honest and forthright, kind and respectful …the tech provided video of findings along with a detailed report and estimate of repairs needed and kept me notified throughout. This was my first experience with AutoNation Ford, and it was a good one. After providing details of issues having nothing to do with the airbag recall, the Team managed to squeeze in some time to do an underbody inspection as well as correcting some small things that needed tending to, and uncovered some serious tie rod and sway bar issues 😳😬💰!! Kevin kept me informed and provided every piece of intelligent information needed, and truly made me feel totally taken care of, not a common experience at a dealership, but greatly appreciated! The suspension work estimates were costly, but in line with industry standards for a dealership. I forwarded all the information I received from them to a personal friend who has his own shop, and who confirmed all of the information I was provided by AutoNation. I had my friend do the work, but going forward would indeed be comfortable bringing my vehicle in for service at AutoNation Ford WBL. Thank you Kevin Seebeck, any and all Tech’s involved …and whoever makes the popcorn!

Was disappointed again when my car which I originally leased from this dealer and am now purchasing couldn't be found under my name or contact info. Have been promised everytime that it's been saved under my name. Was very pleased when my car was finished in less than 60 minutes after being told the estimated service time would be 90 minutes. They were also able to pull up my car under my contact info.

Garbage service all around

Terrible experience…the last time I had my vehicle serviced (because of prepaid service ckagewhich I’ll never do again)… it took over 6 months to get a rim and spare that the service tech said he forgot about, despite reminding g him both times I was in and upon several follow ucalls. This is rediculous, this site puts a blue strip asking, “Got a minute? Please rate us on Edmunds.” Except it covers the screen to write a review so you can’t see what your typing…. Unreal! Not yet made it worth my while

Due to staffing shortages it took 3 full days just to diagnose my vehicle. Check engine light was on. Dealer indicated items found and that the job was complete as check engine light no longer on. Paid bill, took truck home. The next day check engine light came back on. Paid $200 for diagnostic fee & diagnosis thus far has been incorrect.
