I actually tried to buy a car from another dealer in town, but that particular dealer never responded to my online query and I'm not patient, so I reached out to my old standby, White Bear Subaru. Within seconds of sending the query, Ahmed responded. In a short time, he located the car I wanted at the price I wanted and we arranged a time for a test drive. Ahmed is proactive, low-key, knowledgeable and respectful - my favorite kind of salesperson. I was prepared with my research and paperwork, so the transaction went smoothly. Love my new car! If there's a 4th Subaru in my future, I won't hesitate to go to White Bear Subaru. (Note: As for that "other" dealership that I contacted, I have yet to hear from them :) )

Purchase of 2016 Crosstrek

Last Saturday we purchased our new Crosstrek. Our salesman was Ahmed Deeb and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He helped us find a car that was just right for us and walked us through all the features of the vehicle. We enjoyed our time with him. Karl, the Business Manager, also took good care of us with the financing and we had a good experience with him, also.

I went in for a "fact finding mission" and left with a new car. My daughter had recommended White Bear Subaru to me, and I was not disappointed! Ahmed was so good to work with, and even transferred the kayak saddles from the roof rack of my old car to my new Subaru.

I have never in my life had a better car buying experience! The salesman Scott Sprecher found exactly what I was looking for and was so honest, knowledgeable and caring. The Sales Manager Pai and Sam and Chris in Finance were also great to work with and made the whole experience amazing. The professionalism and level of caring speaks volumes on each level! I will never go anywhere else to ever purchase a vehicle and highly recommend this Dealership to anyone I know. Thank you White Bear Subaru and I am in LOVE with my 2017 Subaru Legacy!

Great Place to Buy a Car

I would highly recommend this dealership for purchasing a car. I bought my first Subaru from them after purchasing my two previous Acura's from it's sister dealership. Seth was a knowledgeable sales person and provided a comfortable, low key sales experience. He found me the exact car I wanted at another dealership. I also have been extremely pleased with the service garage and am happy to stay with a Luther dealership.

We looked at 6 dealerships and car makes, and kept coming back here- Sam Basho was patient, warm, informative, authentic, and never pushy, just what we needed in a car dealer. We asked abotu the company , he said he'd been working for subaru for over 25 years and they company treated him well, was a good company to work for, that meant a lot to us. We drove many cars, no problem. Chi Vang, another sales person - was also helpful and informative while Sam was off having our old prius evaluated. We felt we were dealt with fairly from beginning to end. the financial guy was also efficient, helpful, flexible and kind.And they sent us cookies the next day. The forester is wonderful, We couldn't be more pleased with our choice.

Knowledgeable Sales Staff, Clear choices

Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Subaru vehicle options. He efficiently identified the vehicles closest to our interests and then set us up to test drive the appropriate ones. There was no high pressure salesmanship (which we appreciated). When we decided to order a 2016 Outback with a color and option package that wasn't in inventory, Sam helped us get the exact option packages and accessories that we wanted. When our new car arrived, Sam went through all the electronics and options, telling us what we needed to know to make the transition to the Outback comfortable. He even went out of his way to wash the car I had borrowed from my neighbor for a few days before my new Subaru arrived so that we could take home the new car and return the neighbor's car with ease.

I can't stress enough how impressed I was with my entire experience at White Bear Subaru. Sam, Pia, Chi, Chris, and Seth's automotive knowledge and emphasis on customer service truly made me feel at home during the process of purchasing my 2016 Legacy. Each team member was courteous, helpful, informative, and exceedingly friendly, and at no point did I feel like just another customer to them. Sam went above and beyond in working with me to figure out how to get me in the car I was looking for, and was generous with his time and attention to me. Pia, Chi, and Chris were wonderful to work with and talk to. I highly recommend White Bear Subaru.

Low Pressure Sales

Really liked dealing with our sales person, Scott. Very low pressure sales. We thought we would have a Costco discount but Scott called to tell us that the 3M discount was better. We really appreciated his follow through with everything we asked. The purchase didn't take a long time and I love the new Legacy.

We purchased a new Forester a week ago. The salesperson (Scott) was very helpful and friendly without being pushy. The finance manager (Chris) was patient in explaining options and accommodated our request for some changes. Because of our pleasant overall experience, this was the first and only dealership we visited.

First of all, when we were shopping for cars, they were the only dealer that didn't make me wait to talk to the manager when I wanted to leave. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful to educate me about the cars' features, (which were quite a lot). When purchasing the vehicle, there was no haggling, no back and forth to the manager. They did mention other add-ons such as a protective coating by 3-M, but, they did not hard sell these.

After test driving cars at 5 different dealerships, I decided to buy a Forester from White Bear Subaru. My sales guy (Mike) was patient as I considered my options and went on a few test drives over the course of a week. He was knowledgeable about the models and trim levels I was looking at. I ended up ordering a vehicle with the options I wanted. It arrived a week earlier than expected. Upon delivery, Mike spent time explaining and demonstrating the features of the car - syncing my phone, explaining all the screens, etc. I am very satisfied with my purchase and my sales experience! I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

I had a great experience working with the team at White Bear Subaru. I wasn't interested in a Subaru but after driving the Outback and Forester it convinced me that it was the brand for me. Then when we met Ahmed Deeb that clinched it for me. We had a great time buying our car from Ahmed - when you go in, ask to work with him. He cares.

White Bear Subaru is the best place to check out SUVs. I was checking out the Subaru Forester, the Honda HRV, and the Ford Escape. I then was down to the Honda and Subaru. I couldn't even get a Honda salesperson to talk to me. WB Subaru was a very pleasant experiance, great people to work with. Mike and Carl were so helpful, no hurry up sell. They both said "thats ok, take your time." No pushy salesperson, but there to help you when you had questions. Mike even came to pick me up when the Forester was ready after the undercoating was done. I can't say what a pleasant experience buying from them was. I just got the Forester, but I knew from the test drive this was going to be a great SUV. The Forester is highly rated and rated to be one of the best of its kind in the snow.

We ordered a 2016 Forester. Sam in sales helped us greatly with the order and the car was delivered to the dealer perfectly as ordered,and was a month earlier that expected. Chris in finance got us the best loan rate and helped us with questions we had later. This is our 6th car from this dealer and we have been happy with them. Sam showed us how everything worked on the car before we left the lot.

Went to White Bear to Get my Hubby a new car got such a good deal we were able to upgrade to the better model. We are thrilled with it so much so I'm going back in October for an Impreza wagon thanks guys. I can't wait! We used to be a GM family NOW we are a Subaru family thanks to White Bear.
