Excellent Service and Experience

Buying a car out of state is typically a pretty stressful endeavor, but Thanks to Seth Noel’s professionalism and honesty the whole experience was extremely positive. During the prep for the pickup by the transport company Paul also stepped in and helped get the car loaded. The car is absolutely gorgeous and I look forward to my first drive. Thank you Seth and Paul and I am glad to be part of Morrie’s Luxury Auto family! I am Beyond Happy!

Best Auto Buying Experience

I've been to a lot of dealers and have never been treated as well as here. They are incredibly accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and not pressuring. They were flexible and fair when we bought a vehicle from them and I get the sense if we had problems or concerns after buying they would go out of their way to make us happy. After buying the vehicle Ian was still willing to help us out to get a tow package put on, Mary is looking into some questions about warranty for us and the manager is following up to make sure we are happy. Erin, Ian and Joe where great to work with!

5 hours to long

Over all the service and human interaction was fabulous with everyone I interacted with. But for some reason took a test drive at 3:10Pm to leaving the place at 8pm. 3 months ago I purchased a car and I test drove at 11am was home at 2pm. Not sure if that a slow pace in the city but in the country they get done fast. Also they forgot to take my down payment so I drove 60 miles back down to give it to them. Crazy.

Turbo replacement at Morrie’s Luxury Auto

I dropped off my Maserati Ghibli at Morrie’s Luxury Auto because the engine light was on and I got a Maserati Levante as a loaner. The mechanic found a faulty Turbo and submitted everything to Maserati. The next day Maserati approved the replacement of both Turbos. Getting the parts and replacing the Turbos took longer than I expected but it did not bother me at all since I had an opportunity to test drive the Levante. Overall, I am very satisfied wit the service I received at Morrie’s Luxury, they took care of everything and kept me informed of the progress.

They [ Morries Luxary Auto ], always does a top rate job BUT also charge top tier prices! I will say though, you get what you pay for and Michael Ashby, the Service Mgr., is "First Class" - have dealt with him for years and he goes out of his way to see that your needs are met.
