Belzer's has great service, very friendly. Their pricing is by far the best I found while I was looking for a new vehicle. My salesperson Neal was awesome! I highly recommend going to see him. They have a wide selection of vehicles, more than other dealerships.

First time shopper of Jeff Belzers. Worked with, Michael Voss. From the time I shook his hand at the beginning of the process to the hand shake leaving the dealer with a new car, it was a great experience. All parts of the process from leasing, finance, accessories, etc. was a positive experience.

We brought our 2019 KIA Optima into the dealership to have 2 things done today. It is a 1 hour drive each way to get our car to them. It was supposed to take 3 hours for all of it. They brought the car in at 9 am and didn't get it done until 5 pm. They then proceeded to tell us they didn't have time to do both things. Then Joe proceeded to tell us not to tell him what to do when we were upset about it.

Tyler and everyone at Belzer's are always is so helpful, professional and courteous. I was in and out in the time frame mentioned to me at my initial contact. Matter of fact Tyler greeted me with a genuine smile OUTSIDE as I pulled up in my car to the service area. Very nice gesture. After my service was complete, I was also offered a free car wash. Overall, great service, friendly atmosphere and very clean facilities.
