Passenger Rear Door Replacement

My repair consisted of replacing my door and it took longer than expected as the original door that was delivered did not my Lenzen Chevy standards. I am grateful for the quality that Lenzen strives to keep throughout all of its repairs.

I was in for routine Maintenance, LOF & tire rotation. My vehicle was done and return to me in less than an hour. I was not at the dealership when the car was finished. Tom in the service department is as patient a front end service representative as anyone with whom I have had the pleasure to do business. The guys in the garage did a fine job, both in performing the mechanical work and in explaining their recommendations for continued care and maintenance.

This is our second Buick Enclave. The first ate up miles more comfortably than any other vehicle we've driven. But why Lenzen's? Very simply, they make you feel that you are more important than making a sale. They seemed to be interested in finding the RIGHT vehicle for us. That was appreciated.
