Bad Service

onBrought my car in. I was early sat for two hours. Found my car sitting outside garage door. When i asked Lorenzo the service tech why. His reply you want your car back we will get it and tore the work order up. I asked to speak to the manager who came and [non-permissible content removed] is talking over me and i said quiet and she replies don't talk to him like that. What about the customer? She did solve the problem and my car was cleaned and serviced. Customer care is the hallmark of any dealership. Lorenzo ruined my day and my trust in this dealership. I will never be back!

onI would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate the wonderful service I recently received from Colleen Paige when purchasing a vehicle at Page Toyota Southfield, MI. The quality service that I received was more than anything that the customer is looking for. These days it is not often that a sales person goes beyond the extra mile to ensure a clients piece of mind and satisfaction, It was a pleasure dealing with Colleen Paige. She took every measure to ensure that her service delivery was impeccable from start to conclusion of our dealings. It is good to know that there are some dealerships that still believe in good client services. I have no doubt that we will once again return to Page Toyota when we are ready for another Vehicle.
