This is my first Honda. This was my 18 month oil change and tire rotation. They also replaced the cabin HEPA filter as I had such a terrible smell in my cabin. I arrived early hoping they could get a little early start. Unfortunately it ended up taking longer than usual. Two hours 45 minutes. Although that is a long time for an oil change, tire rotation, and swapping out the HEPA filter, they did offer me a substantial discount. It was just fine with me!

The service was very good. The only concern is whether service for a newer car with only 13,000 miles should cost almost $300 after discounts including free oil change? Love my car and wait to keep it in perfect condition. Don’t make it financially difficult to do so and you will continue to have my business.
