Ashley and her team of service people attended to my car in a timely manner so my wait was minimal. She let's me know the results of the service appointment and didn't try to sell me "extras" I didn't need; very much appreciated! Ashley's the best!!!! A Job Well Done

Mike Snyder went above and beyond to meet our needs when it came to our most recent purchase of a new Equinox. We initially were not sure whether we wanted/needed a Traverse or the Equinox. We were given ample opportunity to drive both of the vehicles. We brought the Traverse home to be sure it would fit in our garage. Once we settled on an Equinox we had to decide between the 4 and 6 cylinder car. Again, Mike was able to arrange several days of driving each. Bottom line we are very happy with our decision and the attention we received throughout the process. We have and will continue to recommend DeNooyer and Mike Snyder to any friends interested in purchasing a car. We also appreciate the attention we received from Herb in the service department. He is our "main Man" when it comes to the care of our cars. Mike, remember to keep the 'burban in the garage. Thank you again for everything.

Service was good and parts are working and people were friendly and helpful. I seen the complementary car wash on the billing, I did not see my $5.00 dollar discount for my online appointment I made. My experience was great! I especially appreciated all the effort Mitch put into answering my questions, dealing with my demands and going out of his way to make me comfortable. Although my husband's initial contact was with Sarah, and her professionalism is what brought us back to the dealership, and Jason went out of his way to fill in for her when we returned, Mitch is the one who sold me on the car. So thanks Sarah and Jason for the roles you played, clearly team spirit reigns at DeNooyer; I think you each owe Mitch a very expensive dinner! Service coordinator Christina was very helpful in identifying the problem I was having with my Suburban and called me to confirm the problem that seemed to "come and go". Ashley, and her Servicem team were friendly and courteous as usual. I had a pretty serious problem and it was handled in a friendly and professional manner.
