Underwhelming service

1) a few months back I scheduled an appointment for oil service on a day my wife didn’t need her vehicle when we brought it in they said “oh we do not show a appointment for her vehicle, would you like to schedule one?” I said I already scheduled one for this morning. They said we don’t show that would you like to schedule one? No trying to help no offer to fit it in today anyway nothing just oops sorry. 2) I scheduled an appointment for my care for Tuesday morning first thing for oil change, check the brakes& check transmission. They called me at 1:00 pm saying need new brake pads because one is cracked and need to program transmission module along with new air filters and oil change. I asked if he would have it finished for me today? “Oh yes it should be.” I said great because I need it. Never received a call saying it was not done, so I went there to pick it up at about 530 I was told it’s not finished yet and they had gone home for the evening. I asked if they had a loaner car for me because I needed my vehicle I needed a ride no I will have them give you a call in the morning. Well the morning is too late I need the ride now but again they did not care. Not how can I help you not we are so sorry how can we make this right nothing just flat out did not care. Very very poor customer service.
