We have been dealing with Hagen Ford for over 15 years, most recently several leases. They have been low key, attentive to our needs, working hard to secure the vehicle we want at a reasonable price, helong us (seniors) feel like we are buying the car we want, not getting sold what they want to get off the floor. We won't deal with anyone else.

Have bought my last five vehicles from Hagen Ford and find their customer service to be exceptional. Bought my new F350 and my salesman handled everything very efficiently. I had questioned the prep for delivery sighting a couple of examples. Absolutely no push back at all. They corrected my concerns immediately. I have dealt with both the front end, service and body shop and have been extremely satisfied with all depts. Service like this starts from the top down as they must be doing something right.

Went to go to a Doctor appointment, and found the tire was almost flat. LIMPED to the station to get air, and it was at at 3# pressure. Filled it up and went to Hagen Ford. Tammy the manager got us in, and got a loaner for us to get to the Doctor, and when we came back it was all fixed and ready to go. Always fast and courteous service at that dealership. And Tammy (the manager) ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THINGS ARE DONE RIGHT!!

I was taken in right on time. I use a walker and everyone helped me, held doors for me, and showed me where the curb was lower. The service man even turned the car around to make it easier for me to get in. The oil change was fine, and he explained how to save money with rewards.

The sales person Ken was very pleasant, not pushy at all, and answered all my questions. The sale was easy and the vehicle was well prepped for a new owner. I heard a noise a few days after purchasing the vehicle. Turned out to be an easy thing, but they took it in and fixed it no charge. So far they have been totally great to work with.

Our experience with Hagen Ford is that they put the customer first. They do all that they can to get you into the vehicle that you WANT, not that they are trying to sell you. They search to find every incentive and rebate that you are entitled to. That is why we returned to Hagen Ford for our second Ford vehicle and hope that nothing changes when it is time for our third.

Surprise charge at closing, not cool.

Purchased a used 2020 F150 from Dealer and at closing dealer added on $935.00 at closing that I was not informed about from the salesman prior to sale. I traveled over a hundred miles to purchase and probably would not have purchased had I known about this charge ahead of time.
