This dealership prioritizes appointments based on buyers information. If the buyer is purchasing a new car they get moved up. Other demographics will also move buyer’s appointment. I was told this was a COVID issue, but no sure how that would be applied to already having a confirmed appointment three days prior. Just do your research dealerships have too much competition to mistreat customers.
