The staff was great! They were courteous and went out of their way to ensure my family and I were comfortable. Other dealerships we have been too seemed put out that I had my autistic 5yr old with me and were borderline rude to us. The crew at Best were amazing. It is the first time that I have been to a business that when my kids are doing their excited exploring the employees say "Let them run around. They won"t hurt anything." I found my 5yr old with his mother in one of the back offices eating peanuts that one of the guys gave him. Great Job Best Chevrolet!

Equinox Best Chevrolet

We were very impressed with Kevin McGowan, his openness as well as his trust as we drove off for the test drive was important to us. We were able to discuss openly our needs and concerns. He is a great salesman. The only thing that took us back was when we were doing the financial paperwork and our hesitation on extending the warranty at that time was not well received by Nathan. We just weren't ready to negotiate the extended warranty at that time. When asked if we could extend it when the warranty expired he was a little upset with us; thus, resulting in my husband being a little upset with the process. We did in turn take the extended warranty and tried to keep the whole process positive. All in all we were impressed with the staff at Best Chevrolet and the cleanliness of the showroom and am anxious to continue our partnership as we visit the Service Department in the future.

Kevin McGowan, my salesman was top notch. Very helpful with all of my questions. Put together a great deal for me. I was treated awesome by everyone I met. The gentleman that I saw to fill out all of my paperwork with was also very nice. Everyone I dealt with directly had a great demeanor about them. Very kind, and knowledgeable.

Great Experience - Ask for Kevin McGowan!!

I've been involved in several automobile purchases for family member over the past couple of years and this was BY FAR the best experience! When I arrived at Best Chevrolet, I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who introduced me to sales rep, Kevin McGowan. I told him what I was interested in and he helped me find my dream truck. He showed me the truck, explained all of the features and demonstrated a lot of its capabilities. He also showed me around the dealership and service center and highlighted a lot of what they had to offer as well. After a test drive, I was sure that this was the truck for me. The sales process was very easy. I wasn't pressured or up-sold at all. Kevin was very knowledgeable, fair, and great to work with. He made it a very good experience for me and I would recommend him to my friends and family without any reserve. I love the truck and I'm sure that, when the time comes, I will be returning to Best Chevy.

Keven McGowan was very easy to deal with. I never felt pressured into anything and he was very accommodating in getting the vehicle that I wanted. Test drives allowed me to evaluate the vehicle chosen without undue influence from the sales person. Overall, it was very positive experience.

Aaron sold me another one! I need to stop going to him he gets expensive to visit. Even if Best Chevy dosent have what i want in stock he finds it and gets it there at a price thats just to hard to pass on.

2014 Chevy Silverado

Aleksander Topalli handled the sale. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and attentive to the customer's needs. His proactive approach to dealing with the sale and subsequent work performed on my truck meant that I did not have to constantly call for updates. Steve, the Service Manager was eager to please and always had a positive attitude. Nathan handled the finance and was just as helpful and professional as Steve and Aleksander. Finally, Ben Shulman (GM) helped make the entire transaction a pleasure from beginning to end. This is truly the "Best" dealership in New England.

Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and it seemed as they would go out of their way to help you anyway possible. It was the best I've ever been treated at any dealer! I was very happy with the pricing and the service that I told everyone that loved my 2015 Silverado to go to best Chevrolet and see the sales man Kevin that I had.

Our sales person Rhonda was fantastic. She quickly understood our minimum requirements, provided us with multiple options to choose from and helped coach us through the entire process. Rhonda really made the experience purchasing a new car positive and we can honestly say without that level of respect and understanding it wouldn't have been enjoyable.

First Class Experience

Rhonda was terrific. Greeted me right away as I walked into the dealership. She battled the terrible weather outside and immediately pulled up an Equinox for me to test drive. Additionally, she gave me a tour of the store and introduced me to the service staff. Additionally, Nathan on your Finance team was extremely helpful and thorough with explaining all the documentation. Coming from someone who works in sales and customer service and understands the importance of customer experience, I can say that this was a first class experience and exceptional. Scott Dunham worked hard to find the vehicles that interested me to test drive. As a result he saved me a lot of time in what can be a time consuming process of buying a car.
