Attentive, helpful, and responsive service. I received all that I wanted. The car that I purchased is exactly what I wanted. Zac made sure I had everything on my wish list and more. I was able to get my new car in 24 hours even though it was a state holiday. I would recommend this to family and friends.

The low score is based on customer service. I had to wait twenty minutes before I could make an offer. The sales rep was helping another customer even though I got there first. The loan department could have helped me more downloading PDF formate. He asked me to do it at home. I wanted get done there. The loan rate was fair. The price of the car was fair. The car was delivered on time to NH from danvers. There were no issues when I asked road test the cars. I ask for weather mats, sales said ok. I received floor mats but no cargo mat. I spent almost 29k for the car. The cards should have been included. After three days having the car, I noticed a cracked windshield. The day that I bought that cat, the sale agent brought over two other cars instead first.

Great experience with dealership and very competitive pricing and great service. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new car. The dealership has great amenities and the salespeople are friendly and very helpful. The general manager treated me to ice cream after my purchase. Christine provided me a demo vehicle to test drive at my home and gave me a lot of great information on the vehicle. After using the vehicle I knew it was the one for me. Thank you to the team.

Purchased a new vehicle recently from Ira Subaru in Danvers and had a great experience. All the staff were professional yet personable. Rich was my salesman. He was very laid back and helpful. He also understood what I was looking for with my trade in and able to communicate my needs to the sales manager. Overall good experience and would recommend them if you’re looking for a new or used car. Very communicative overall. If you’re lucky you can come on one of the days the staff has their dog in!

Eli & John Pierre are the perfect tag team

My husband and I came in to look at cars and this was considerably a much more pleasant and comfortable experience than other dealerships. The customer service was amazing, Eli helped us find the right car for me and John Pierre helped finalize the paperwork. They did such a great job considering a lot of hurdles because I moved from out of state and there were a few extra steps to do. It did not feel daunting the entire time. Highly recommend!

Perfect experience

I had gone one day to look at a legacy and came back the next to decide it wasn’t for me. But Jack helped me find what car was right for me and spent a whole day letting me test drive different cars and find what was right for me. At the end of the day I ended up with a brand new leased car which I thought was out of my price range but jack made it work! So grateful to have someone who took the time to help me rather than pushing me into something I didn’t want. Thank you Jack!

I would like to commend Mason Wheeler on a job well done. I know it was a difficult sale since we had to wait for the title on the Ford Edge for exactly 3 weeks, but he was patient with me and gave me as many details as possible in a timely manner. He was pleasant and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Mason to anyone wanting to purchase a car, new or used. Thank you to your whole staff that made this a positive experience.
