Great until you need work done!

Service staff were kind and helpful, offering to diagnose my car’s trouble(s) for $209. Since my arrival was unplanned and they could not evaluate it that day, they offered me a loaner vehicle. The loaner was great! A day and a half later, they recommended $3K service to “maybe” fix the problem and well as an additional $3K of “nice to have” service. My husband and I declined the service, brought it home, and fixed the problem for $300.00 and four hours of his time.

Kervens Noel, a service department representative, did an outstanding job of helping me understand the work that needed to be performed on my vehicle. He seamlessly arranged for my drop off and pick-up when I was unable to wait for the vehicle. He was extremely polite and attentive.

Dealership that like to lie

Hello there, i got my car service on December 21 2022. Where i was told my motor was no good and needed a bunch of things the tech individual wasn't right on. Today, January 10, i go into the dealership to inform them that my car is working and fixed, but you had an individual start an argument with me to then tell me I DONT KNOW STUFF ABOUT CARS. The personally David because he's the expert, started to argue with me because i told him his tech wasn't completely right. The employee at the dealership STARTED TO YELL because he wanted to be right. They charged me 500 dollars for a diagnostic that was wrong. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO THINK 3 TIMES BEFORE COMING TO BROOKLINE IN MASS. They lie to get money from you and if you care for your vehicle then i wouldn't recommend coming to this lying location. Stay away from this location

Fantastic Service!

Brought my A6 in for 45K service unannounced due to a busy work schedule. Max took great care of me and was able to take care of my car within 24hrs. Service tech, Paul, came out to introduce himself, took my cell number and assured me my car was in good hands! Everything went smooth and quick. A+++ for service
