Terrific experience.

I went to buy a new car, and I had the pleasure of working with Yanni. There was no pressure to buy a car from them. I punched a 2024 Crisstrek, and I love it. Every person I spoke with was professional and couldn’t do enough for me. I HIGHLY recommend Atlantic Subaru.

Another car story

I saw a car at Atlantic Subaru online so I figured that I would check it out. I did not make an appointment, just stopped in to look at a car that I saw online. When I got there, I was greeted by a sales person, and he pulled the car up for me to drive. We drove the car up and down the highway and it seemed to be nice. Then he started to show me all of the options and features that the car had. Wow, who knew a Subaru dealership would have such knowledgeable sales people in cars other then Subaru. I was impressed. Then, I went inside to do the dreaded "back and forth" like everyone does at dealerships. But the sales person just came over, we spoke like normal people and he asked me "What do we have to do to earn your business today?" WOW, holy straight forward. So I told him what I would pay, he went to the manager, came back and told me that he could get within $500 of my offer, (as I did offer a low number just to see if it really could be this easy) I accepted and that was it! This was the easiest purchase I have ever made. Thank you Atlantic Subaru and I will be back for my next car.

SHADY, SHADY, SHADY

Atlantic Subaru in Bourne is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. We put a downpayment on a car with huge brand new Pirelli tires on it. When we showed up to finish up the paperwork, they'd swapped the tires out for much smaller, old, worn tires. Unfair and deceptive business practice. They offered to put the tires back on, but once that kind of trust is broken, it can never be repaired.

recent purchase 2008 lexus isf

I cannot recommend this dealer after my recent purchase. I negotiated a price with the salesman which "changed" when I got in the back room to sign the papers with about 10 minutes to closing time. I have tried to communicate with them several times regarding this without a satisfactory result, even so much as a "I can see how this would be confusing, what can we do". Just be extra careful prior to buying and know the lemon law as far as inspecting your car within 7 days of leaving there. FYI - this was a used car I bought off their lot and they are in MA and I am in RI

Atlantic Subaruis the worst

These people are the bottom of the barrel and unless you are prepared to get super agressive with these [violative content deleted] then don't even think about buying a car here. I have purchased many cars over the years at different dealerships with no problem. I have never seen people lie to your face like the people at this dealership. They tried to slip in $3000 worth of extra costs at the closing, after we bought the car we were suppost to pick it up the next day. It was not ready for 5 days then we went down to pick it up and the door had 10 gouges in it. They said they would "fix it" but at that point I was a non believer in anything they said. Called the next morning and they said it was all set, drove back there and it was in the same spot and nothing had been done. This went on a few more times until I went spastic. Then they had the reconditioner try to compound the scratches out but no luck. Now the seat heater is not working and they are telling me it will be two weeks for a service appointment. PLEASE HEAR ME LOUD AND CLEAR THESE PEOPLE ARE [violative content deleted]

Worst Experience Ever Stay Away

I should have read all of the other reviews about this dealership befor ever going their to buy a car. They cannot be trusted. They made promisses that they could not keep. They refused to return many phone calls shortly after spending over $25,000.00 on a car. Saleseperson made promisses that did not come thru, then Sales Manager made me feel like an idiot by telling me I should of got everything in writing and that they do not have to honor the salesman's promisses.

Wonderful Experience All Around

My husband and I were in the market for a new car, and we decided to check out the 2008 Subaru Impreza 5-DR. We visited several dealerships (Honda, Toyota) during the two-week period we were researching cars, and after having visited Atlantic Subaru all the others just came up lacking in terms of service. I was wary of car-shopping in general because of stereotypes about car dealers - but our experience with Sam Tsimortos put all that to rest. He was a pleasure to work with - not aggressive or impatient as some other sales people we met seemed to be. Tim, the other sales agent we met with one day when Sam wasn't there - was very nice as well. And the finance manager, Ralph, was a great guy, too.
