They ensured that our vehicles were delivered quickly, with minimal waiting time, which was crucial as we had our two toddlers along for the ride. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a new or used Volkswagen visit this dealership. Having shopped at multiple VW dealers in the southeast U.S., we have come to know the experience that accompanies purchasing a VW. This dealer certainly hits the mark.

We wanted to buy a new Passat and did some research concerning price. We ended up at a Passat R line with a fair price in VA and in MD. We visited pohanka in Salisbury and they promised a price match. When I came back with the required doc, they just refused to make the match and the sales manager told me, he can not loose money. So we went out the door and bought the car in Springfield VA. Procedures were easy and straightforward. This proves again, that you get better deals, were there is competition

Definitely deserve more than 5 stars. Was in the market to purchase a used car as a first time buyer and was a little nervous. Colton worked with me and got me the car I wanted with payments I can afford and a down payment that didn't financially drain my pockets. When I last talked to him I was supposed to get a Jetta, which I really didn't mind; but I really wanted the Passat. To my surprise when I pull up, he comes out and says how do you like your car? It was the Passat! From the initial email to let them know I was interested, filling out paperwork and working with me over the internet and phone to get everything done, he's definitely an awesome asset to the team. Not only him, but the whole staff was nothing but kind, courteous, and HILARIOUS! I will definitely be recommending Pohanka VW of Salisbury to anyone I know in the market for a car. I recently purchased a passat tdi which I absolutely love but I was truly surprised how quick and painless the process was. My sales girl was knowledgeable about the car and had an answer to all my questions. Since then my wife has purchased a passat and he grandmother went right in behind her.
