I puchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Darcars. The information by email including quotes marched the info I got the dealer in person. Buying was easy and I did not feel pressured.

I took my Jeep Patriot in for an oil change and for a scraping sound coming from the front wheel(s) of my jeep. I was told that everything would be done (at least the inspection to see what the problem was and the oil change) in an hour. 1 1/2 hours later they told me what was wrong and said it would be another 15-20 min. an hour after that, I was finally told it was fixed. Ten minutes later, while driving home, I heard the same scraping sound. While waiting for my jeep, I heard two other people complain that they did not fix what they were supposed to fix. I don't usually write reviews, but I always try to do my research for a reliable dealership/service dept. and did not find one here. Unfortunately, the dealership I loved just closed.
