Service providers were quick to greet me and get things moving, kept me informed of progress and additional services that were recommended, the waiting area was clean and neat and was sanitized on a regular basis due to the virus situation. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer on every table for customers to use. When the servicing of my vehicle was complete, they washed and vacuumed it before it was returned to me. I have always gotten exemplary service at Bayside Toyota.

Timely. Courteous. Very factual and complete identifying issues, providing options, estimating costs. Provided transportation when completion was delayed due to need for parts. All in all an excellent dealer with knowledgeable personnel.
