Extremely Professional and Easy Process.

I worked with Joe to trade in my 2020 Corolla for a 2022 Corolla Hybrid and he made this process extremely easy. He was very professional and friendly throughout the entire process. The financial department outlined everything I needed to know in terms of what I was getting. Should I ever need another Toyota after this car, I will for sure be coming back here.

Great Service Despite Long Wait Time

As crazy as this car market is right now, be prepared for extended wait times of popular models. I placed my order to reserve my 2022 Hyundai Tucson with Jamie on 06/23/22 with estimated delivery date of 07/11/22. As we got closer to the date, Jamie provided an update that delivery had been pushed back to 07/20/22. She called again and let me know of a second push back to 07/22/22. On 07/20/22, Jamie called and said it had been pushed back for the third time to 08/05/22. I was obviously very upset, but Jamie went above and beyond to make me feel better above this extended delay and Team Hyundai was able to negotiate a better price for my vehicle and provided a short term loaner vehicle for an out of town commitment. When we got closer to 8/5, Jamie called again with the fourth delay with the estimated delivery of 8/16. However, they assured me I could keep the loaner to minimize my inconvenience. Much to my delight the car arrived 8/4 and today on 8/8, I am riding in my new vehicle. Team Hyundai, especially Jamie, made this deal very pleasant despite the wait. I would recommend her to anyone. She’s straight forward, honest and keeps you informed every step of the way.

Going the extra mile!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Transferring my insurance coverage to the new car was very challenging, but they were patient and took care of use even though the process extended beyond their closing time. I finally took the leap to buy an EV and I am not going back! They had 2 Ioniq Electrics on the lot, where new or used EVs are hard to find these days, and generally you have to go onto a waiting list. Thank you for the new car and walking me through the initial configuration of the car.

Best vehicle buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Isaiah is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and pleasant to work with. Unlike other salesman in the past he was upfront with us, no hidden punches and no surprises. Isaiah worked with us and got us the vehicle that we wanted at a price that was very well within our price range. Robert in the finance department is very easy to work with.
