Oil change At East West Lincoln

All of the employees were so nice. It was great to get my car washed too.Loved the coffee and donuts. It was a good deal and I will bring my car back in 5000 miles.

Service was Great! I felt that each individual that I talked to provided was pleasantly responsive...Everyone seemed to make a conserted effort to please "Me" the customer. It was very refreshing!

Excellent service as usual

Service has always been excellent. The only thing that would improve my experience would be to add Saturday hours. The lack of weekend hours often means I put off service longer that I should so that I can get on the list for a loaner car. With Saturday hours I could drop my car off early Saturday and pick it up later that same afternoon.

Repair Service visit to East West Lincoln Service Department on 8/30/16

Mr. Michael Turner, our service consultant, listen to our service request and made sure our repairs were done per our request. Also, Mr. Turner assisted us with a one day rental car. Mr. Turner research my service records and made sure a senior mechanic worked on my car do to my pass experiences. I have changed my opinion on the able to get professional service at East West Lincoln Service Department, for no other reason then, the excellent professional service I received working with Mr. Michael Turner. I will be asking for Mr. Turner assistance on my future visits for service at East West Lincoln Service Department. Thanks for the opportunity to commend Mr. Michael Turner on his "Excellent and Professional Customer Service".

A little frustrated

They had my car for 4 days and was unable to figure out what was wrong. JW the gentleman that picked my car up and left me a loaner was so efficient & pleasant man. he is a great asset to your company.

Your Service Representatives are always anticipating customer needs when they bring their vehicles in for service. My last visit, Mike Turner anticipated I would need a loner vehicle to run errands while my vehicle was being serviced. East West treats me like royalty.

Great Service

I made my appointment online, which is super convenient. I needed my oil changed and two new tires because I had a nail in one of my tires. Mr. Wayne picked up my car at my work and dropped off a car for me to drive. He was super nice, as he always is. My car was not done until the next day, so I kept the Navigator overnight. It was a nice ride! I was off the next day but the service department called to arrange my car be brought back to my work and they had my car there exactly when they said they would. Overall, I feel I had outstanding service!

Great service, friendly staff

I had several recalls on my vehicle and every Ford dealer I called could not see me for 2-3 weeks. I called East West Lincoln and spoke to Kevin, the service manager, who was able to bring me in the next morning. He also arranged for JW (a team member) to bring me to work and pick me up when my car was ready. The recalls were addressed and fixed in timely manner and Mike explained to me all the work that had been done. I had a very pleasant experience overall.

MLX First Service Review

The service personal were very courteous, generous with the time they related to me, however Kevin, the Service Manager was most helpful and went out of his way to keep me informed during the several weeks while he waited for the parts. The problem seems to be fixed as the headlights do not appear to be fogging up. I have not driven in rain since but have used another car, so I am not sure but I do know that Kevin will work on them should the need arise in the future. After receiving the car, I reported to Kevin that there were deep scratches in the paint on the bottom part inside of the drivers door, he has made a note of them and will fix it when next I have the car serviced, otherwise I would give the service department an excellent rating. Great service, reasonable customer service, old school waiting room.

The waiting room leaves a lot to be desired. It could use an upgrade. Cell coverage (Verizon) is bad, requiring me to go upstairs or outside to make or receive a call. Wifi is good, but there are only two desk stations. Fortunately, I've never had to share, but if I did, they are too close and limits privacy.

Excellence Service!

Was in for a routine oil change for my 2015 MKX (as well as determine why the dashboard engine icon was illuminated). All staff I was in contact with were very customer friendly and helpful. I also really appreciate the comfort of the waiting room (was able to catch up with emails and national news). Completed satisfied with repair/service and the company's standard for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Excellent Service

My service representative was excellent. He went the extra mile to process my vin number to determine the warranty status of my vehicle. He was able to arrange the use of a curtesy vehicle. Initially they did not see the problem. He called and asked me if there were any other syptoms that I hadn't mentioned. I described an error message that I received a few days earlier. With that new information, the mechanic was able to resolve the problem and I am back on the road. Thanks for your diligence in staying with it until the problem was resolved.

The service on my Lincoln MKC was great, the technician enlightened me on many features I had not used. The beautiful envelope/case for the paper work was grand! Donuts and waiting area was wonderful and comfortable. I look forward to my next visit.
