There just isn’t a low enough rating to give these people. The sales process was fine and my salesman was great. But they forgot to transfer my insurance over which caused the MVA to put red flag on my license, which I had to fix myself. It’s been a year later and now I’m finding out my cars tag and title don’t match. I paid Sheehy Ford for that tag/title/reg so again they dropped the ball twice now and I’m going to be driving around on expired tags because of their failures. The service department is hit or miss as well. It depends who you get. They refused to honor the warranty when my mustang started making terrible noises. I paid them 500$ to install an exhaust which was crooked, when I brought it back for them to straighten they claimed I must have something(no evidence of that whatsoever). Even then they failed to straighten it out, so I took it elsewhere and in 30 minutes it looked perfect. All in all I would avoid this dealership at all costs. They can’t seem to get anything right.

Shop for a Murano high and low. Found the perfect fit online. Called and drove to the dealership. Patrice was extremely from the very beginning. He provided my with his schedule as a best way to contact.. His customer service and knowledge of the vehicle that I planned to purchase was impressive. He made my experience worth the long drive that I had to travel to get to the dealership, will definitely come again!!!

Straightforward negotiation and patient salesperson

At the end of March, my spouse and I bought our second car at Sheehy Ford, working with Kate Van Arnum. Kate and the man who helped us with our extended warranty (I'm sorry. I forgot your name!) were clear communicators, spent time with us, and presented us with many options. I'm always a bit wary of stepping into a dealership, but I feel confident in Kate and the staff at Sheehy.

I am very picky, especially when it comes to cars. I told Oscar exactly what I wanted and to my surprise he got me exactly what I wanted! Of course I had a lot of questions before buying it, but he was incredibly patient with me and made sure I left with a smile. I highly recommend going to Oscar, he is very attentive to his customers and extremely patient! He will not disappoint you.

they make sure you drive the car you just bought out of the lot as soon as possible so they won't take any responsibility if the sale wasn't complete or things were missing in the car

Great Sheehy experience

I had a great experience buying my F-250 with Ndu Ashiogwu at Sheehy Gaithersburg last week. I originally stopped in with specific questions about several trucks in stock that I had researched online. Ndu made quick work of running down the answers, followed up with an emailed quote that I requested, and when I came back to purchase made the process go super smooth (even though they were very busy). Not to mention he's simply a nice guy. The finance transaction was also really good (Alex?). Best car buying experience in a long time, thanks!

Kate Van Arnum helped us buy our Ford Expedition and she was amazing to work with. Kate was helpful and responsive without being pushy. She listened to what we wanted and was very friendly. I would recommend working with Kate to anyone. My wife and I both felt really good about our experience!

This past Saturday I went into Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg and was greeted by Reza Aslanimelhr who was an honest and efficient sales representative. He found exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay for a second car. There were several minor discrepancies that were corrected 3 days later at no cost. Great experience and great service while I waited.

I was reviewing the Sheehy website one night looking to get an idea for the prices of cars and by the next morning I was getting a phone call from a Ms. Kate Van Arnum asking if I would like to come take a look at some cars they had. She was able to meet with me that day. She was kind, knowledgeable and was able to promote the cars without pressuring me to buy a car. When I told her I had no intention of purchasing a car that day so accepted my decision and didn’t once give the impression of disappointment or act as if I wasn’t important. I went in to look at a new Fiesta but came to like a used Fiat at her recommendation that I hadn’t even considered. By the end of the night I came back to the dealership two minutes before closing to purchase the car. She was more than happy to stay late to assist me with driving away with a new car even if it made her stay two hours after closing. Within 24 hours of considering purchasing a car I was driving a car I had just purchased. I would recommend Ms. Kate Van Arnum to any new car buyers.

I bought a used car from Sheehy Gaithersburg. Reza Aslani was my salesman. I went to the dealership for a test drive and I ended up buying a car because of the great customer service from Reza and the amazing car that he located for me!
