My apologies for the late review. It had been a very challenging stressful two weeks. My fiancé car had broken down once more and would had cost him a few thousands to get fixed which he didn’t have. Weighing all his options while finding rides to work and countless hours on the phone trying to make ends meet, he had an opportunity to get a old van that may break down and again costing money he didn’t have. Me being capable of helping but with great concern because he was not my husband yet nor did I want to co-sign. Watching and listening to this man who has given so much of himself to make ends meet my heart could not watch any longer. I called my mother who referred me to the dealership hi lo auto sales. Being that it’s the eve before Thanksgiving I was sure they were close. But I took a chance and drove by and they were open. I went in and immediately a sales person came to assist. His name was Mike. I explained my story and I can tell he wanted to help. Not just to sale a car but truly wanted to help if all possible. He listened and explained best options. I was able to make a decision that I could live with. Mike involved his supervisor and I can say the atmosphere was family oriented. Wonderful outstanding customer service! I couldn’t ask for better service than I received from all of them. My thanks and appreciation goes out to them especially Mike and John who took the time to listen. They even stayed open later than normal to get me the vehicle. My fiancé is now in a reliable vehicle and I was able to surprise him on the eve before Thanksgiving. Mike asked for me to bring my fiancé by so he could meet him and tell him that he has a wonderful woman by his side looking out for him. Which I did a few days later so my fiancé could thank them. So if you are looking for a car and for a reliable family atmosphere with outstanding customer service, hi lo auto is the place you should go. This was truly a blessing Sincerely , Lisa Drew

I have been screwed by dealerships in the past so I was a bit on the edge going to this one. But WOW were they helpful! They helped me out in choosing the right car (a highlander) and were very helpful with the price and financing. These people really care. It's refreshing.

My Experience was truly a nightmare from being told what I could purchase to lying to the bank about the down payment I had put down on the vehicle. Vehicle has been nothing but problems and have contacted Nymeo Credit union about the issues with the dealer!! Stay away from this dealer!!
