Consumer Beware

I would like to start this review by saying that I have been a devoted Infiniti owner for over 20 years. However, the absolutely terrible experience I just had with JBA Infiniti has caused me to completely loose faith in this company. If you are considering buying an Infiniti, or going to this dealer for service, I highly recommend that you re-consider. Here is the story - my vehicle is 6 yrs old, and has about 100,000 miles. Before a few weeks ago, this vehicle was running perfectly fine. I took it to this establishment for the recommended 100k mile inspection/check up. The dealer recommended various items that they stated were "routine maintenance." I choose to replace the spark plugs, serpentine belt and a few other small things. (As a side note - the other service they told me was "needed" was new front and rear brakes and rotors - luckily, I did not elect to have this service done, as I later found out the rotors were undamaged and the break pads didnt even need to be changed). So, 3 weeks later my check engine light went on. I took the car in, and they told me it was a "blown spark plug" (one of the same plugs that they had replaced 3 weeks prior). They charged me another $1,000 and sent me on my way. The very next day, the check engine light goes on again. Back to the dealer. Now they tell me - you have a defective engine, and recommended that I take the vehicle to CarMax and sell it. So, I go from a perfectly running vehicle to a car that is barely running and being out $3,000 without even an apology. The told me it was a "coincidence" and a "one in a million chance." I think not. I truly hope this review will help others avoid the crappy situation that I am now in.

Awesome

JBA is wonderful. The service is great. the facility is very nice and comfortable. They are extremely accommodating. THey've got my business as long as I own an Infiniti product and there are 3 in my household currently.

Purchased pre-owned Q70 and had to take back because brakes were squeaking. Spoke with JR and everything was handled with ease, including getting a loaner. Service team is very friendly, and the waiting area is decent, with drinks and snacks.

Everyone was fantastic! Easy in/easy out. The service department is the best I've ever dealt with. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left (in my super clean car), I felt welcomed and special. I'll always drive an Infiniti from JBA!

Excellent Service

Byron Smith delivers outstanding service. I know that when I drop off my 2011 G37X with 186,000+ miles I will always receive outstanding, honest and professional service. The G37 is an outstanding car and I am sure it will easily go north of 250,000 miles. Scheduling is easy and I am always guaranteed the use of a loaner.

Best service experience

Always have a great service experience. I am offered a loaner so I can get to work and I get a phone call to tell me if anything unexpected was found. The work is always done right, never have to return for the same issue and my vehicle is always nice and clean (and fixed) when I pick it up. Can't ask for better. Prices are much better than other high end cars.

Recent Purchase of 2015 Honda Pilot EX-L

My worst car buying experience ever. The sales rep is owners son. Started as a lot attendant. Been selling cars for 2-months. Didn't disclose all the info about the vehicle. Been in accident. Hit from the front & rear. Bumper was painted. Dent on the right side. Poor customer service from their finance director. Sales rep negotiated & agreed on OTD price of 25,755. Finance Director tried to for me to purchase for 25,500. Purchased on Thursday check engine light came on Saturday. Returned to the dealer on yesterday. Please warn your customers.

HORRIBLE

My car was in for repair and I never received such HORRIBLE customer service in my life not to mention I totally feel they gouged me and DID NOT fix my vehicle.I will make sure I pass the word to every person I come in contact with that you should not do business with this shop nor trust their service department.Their General Manager doesn't seem to care much either so all in all HORRIBLE!
