Went for my annual sticker and oil change, etc. Needed rear brakes (not a surprise) and they were able to take care of that within a very reasonable time. Service manager was very informative and helpful.

Gasoline smell in my daughter’s elderly Soul. Everyone there was so nice. I was taken a little aback by the 1.15 hour time to do the oil change, but they also washed my car, so that was very nice. I did find it to be costly. But I’m old, so it’s probably standard now.

Always in the past, our car was washed and vacuumed. This time they did not do this. When the inspection sticker was removed, they did not completely clean off the surface. The new sticker was placed at a very sloppy angle. I had to remove the sticker and completely remove the gluey mess they had left. Then I reattached the sticker properly. Service manager was friendly and helpful and my car was done in a timely manner and the shuttle service was great and timely.

They took care of my issue right away without me having an appointment. The only Thing I wish was different would be to have at least one mechanic available all times, they all take lunch at the same time

1. Car was in shop June-August 2021 Because of warranty computer issue Was not giving a car to use until July 23, Since we only own one vehicle we were isolated. Not sure why manager or owner didn’t get involved to help. Finally received a rental car July 23 after many calls. Not very please Bob in service did the best he could.

Easy no hassle

Everything was easy from dropping of keys, before they open. Bob kept in touch with on the progress and what they were doing. Told me about updates they were doing. I paid over phone so I could just go in and get keys and leave. The shuttle driver was right on time, as I was picking my car up on my lunch hour. Everything went smoothly.
