Cody was my sales rep. and he was awesome. He listened to what I wanted to purchased and explained with knowledge all of my questions about the CX-5. Very professional and easy to deal with. No pressure. I walk out as soon as pressure comes on. This is my 3rd Mazda!

Paretti Mazda was by far the best car shopping experience! Our salesmen Josh was the real MVP in this story. He was extremely professional and nice. He took his time to show us vehicles and asked us exactly what we were looking for in a new car price wise and feature wise. He answered any questions we had and was not pushy at all.

I can not say enough about Paretti Mazda. I have purchased several vehicles from them and they always go out of their way to make you feel important. The hassle of buying a car does not exist at this dealership. You do not have to go back and forth haggling about a price. They are up front and honest with you. They make buying a vehicle fun and easy.

Mazda CX-5 Sweet 16

Great buying experience from beginning to end. Helpful sales rep, not pushy...actually asked great questions to find our needs instead of pushing his favorite model. Owner took interest in making sure we were satisfied and had the best experience possible. I'm always a little guarded when buying a car, but have to say this couldn't have been more comfortable.

It's always great to have trust in your auto dealership, and that's what I have. My car always gets special attention . . . and they clean and wash it as well -- even if I had just had it cleaned!! I've never been pushed to buy anything that I may not want, and they always check with me first to see if I want anything that they feel needs replacing...like the a/c filter, for example. That's how things should be, and that's why I find them trustworthy.

Under handed dealership

Purchased a 2016 TC on 12/28/17 from here. They hid the car had been in an accident until AFTER the deal was complete and I found receipts in the glove box. The front bumper, headlights, hood and more were all replaced. By doing this they over charged for the car.. when I contacted my sales rep, his reply was "my manager said it was all minor damage". They would not refund any of the payment. They gave me a hard time about getting my title, so I could pay the taxes and get my tag before incurring any penalties. Lastly, they lost the second key fob by mailing it to my home in a letter envelope. The fob broke thru the side while in transit. Paretti did not insure a $400 key at all. When I asked for a resoulution, I was informed I would have to replace the key on my own at full price.

getting the job done

I just leased a new Mazda 6 on Monday of this week. Loved my salesperson John Austin. He has great communication skills and was very knowledgable. Because there were some issues with the car I was turning in it was necessary to get a manager, Carlos Ebanks involved. He worked hard to get the price exactly where I needed it to be. We have been dealing with Paretti for over 20 years and are glad they continue to have the personnel that make car transactions a hassle free experience.

We bought a 2016 Mazda 6 Monday and what sold us on the Mazda was Cody. Before heading to Mazda we were sold for the Honda Accord. We had a certified check written out the Royal Honda before we came to Paretti. Not only did the car sell us, but how informed and well manner Cody was made our experience top notch. If the Owner or Sales Manager reads this, give Cody a raise or a hug.. We will only buy from Paretti now.

I was trying to buy a vehicle from Paretti and they would not match a price from the "other local dealer in the New Orleans Area". They told us that the price would not be the price when I get to the other dealer. Then they gave us a price with little discount on the Mazda 3. I went this week to the "other local dealer in the New Orleans Area" and I received the price that was quoted to me and to top it off Great Service! Thank you Paretti for sending me to a place that gave me a big discount!

We recently bought a 2014 Mazda3 from Paretti Mazda. Since we live in Mississippi, we initially dealt by phone with the sales manager Troy & then drove to pick up the car on when it arrived at the dealership. The entire process exceeded our expectations. Everyone involved was professional & friendly. The car was detailed and ready to go when we arrived. It was the most pleasant vehicle buying experience we have had in our 37 years of marriage!
