wrong color headrests, dealer won't fix the issue

so I realized shortly after buying the car that the headrests were a completely different color than the leather seats. I contacted them and they said they would look into it. I had to reach out to them again to figure out what was up, now being told that hyundai told them the headrests are made by a different manufacturer than the seats and basically tough, that's the way it is. Find this very hard to believe after buying a $50k car. May be all on corporate but sorry, this reflects on the dealership as well. Excellent Dealership Where Customer Service is Priority!

Hyundai of Metaire went above and beyond to make this the best car buying experience! I went to the dealership to buy a car and left with a beautiful Sonata Limited. The entire buying experience was easy and painless. Brian and Keith went out of their way to ensure complete satisfaction. When you enter the dealership everyone makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Keith was happy to show me all cars that would peak my interest and he was able to answer any and all questions. After I purchased the car, he showed me all the features and made sure I got the most out of my new purchase. I highly recommend you visit Hyundai of Metaire when purchasing your next automobile!

Very positive experience

I have purchased 4 new cars in my lifetime, and this was the best auto shopping and purchase experience I have ever had. Sales guy, Derek D., greeted me the first time I went to the dealership. We talked a few minutes about what I was looking for, and he showed me around the available selection. I made an appointment with him to return with my wife for a test drive a week or so later. When we returned, we took a Santa Fe GLS out for a ride, and really enjoyed it. Derek advised us of the various levels of trim available, and we advised that we were not quite ready to settle on anything in particular, but that we'd let him know when we had additional questions. A few weeks later I returned and asked if we could do another drive, and Derek was more than happy to help out, grabbing the vehicle I had pinpointed and we took it for a ride. I let him know we were closer but weren't ready, and he didn't bother me about it. A few weeks later I returned ready to purchase. After a short discussion we nailed down the price and my trade in, and a few minutes after that I was filling out the loan paperwork with Mike Carney, the finance manager. Before I left, Derek gave me the full tour of all of the tech toys and set up the bluetooth connections, introduced me to the service department, and I was on my way, very satisfied as a customer. There was never any pressure, never any feeling of having the wool pulled over my eyes, no bait and switch, no hidden fees. I've been telling everyone to go buy their next vehicles there, and I'll definitely go there first in a few years when it is time to replace our second vehicle.

My thumbs up new car!!

We reviewed many cars and then thought we wanted the new Azera. We contacted Marie H. and she invited us in for a test drive. WOW is all we could say this is one great car and the experience we had with Hyundai of Metairie was outstanding. Best new car we have ever purchased!!!

the best service and sales experience i've ever had

i have owned many cars over the years and this experience from the day i came to this dealership has been the best overall of any ive had in the past. the sales and service have far exceeded my expectations and they will absolutely have my business from now on. i would recommend them to anyone for any car purchase they need, used or new.

Don't buy here

The sales manager here is a [violative content deleted]. If you object to the rude way he talks to you, he'll try to intimidate you by yelling at you, and trying to embarrass you in front of others. I was ready to buy a car, and calmly told him that if continued being rude to me, he'd lose my sale. This guy actually told me he didn't need my business, and yelled at me to get out. I wondered why I only saw young salesmen. I can only imagine that he ran off any good established ones, or they already know about him, and won't work with him. If Ray Brandt hires this kind of sales manager, I'll never buy a car from one of his dealerships.
