This was the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle from any dealership. The staff had the car I was interested in waiting on me when I arrived and they met me at the door with key in hand and immediately put me behind the wheel. Isaac and Aimee were very pleasant to deal with, never once pressuring me to make a decision. We will most definitely consider Bluegrass BMW/Watermark Honda for our next vehicle purchase.

Very very friendly, family like, atmosphere. Small dealership for BMW but at same as the owner’s larger Honda dealership. The BMW family includes BMW specific sales and service personal. A few positions are shared with the Honda folks (GM, documentation, finance, etc.). All employees I met were professional, knowledgable, competent, and especially friendly and personable. Our client advisor, Isaac, was the best!!!!
