We just bought our second hybrid Toyota from Oxmoor, and it was a great experience with salesman William Adrio. A few months ago we also bought a Highlander from Oxmoor and both vehicles are fantastic. William is enthusiastic and informative and took the time necessary to help us feel comfortable with the process.

Friendly & helpful but not too pushy. Recommend Ashley in particular. Suggest they consider a program to incentivize repeat customers. Vehicles are a big investment & there are many options for buyers now.

Our salesman’s name was Labed. He was a very nice young man. He was very knowledgeable about how the vehicle operated and did not pressure us in anyway. He was willing to show us any vehicle we wanted to see. If you want a “no pressure” buy, we recommend Oxmoor Toyota and Labed. If the vehicle you want is on the lot, he will find it for you.

We eventually got there!

Terrell, Dave and Michael helped me out. A car buying experience can be stressful if you’re not used to it. Terrell was really open to any and all the questions under the moon I had; Dave is great with numbers and took the time to talk me through the different options and rates. Michael sent me on my way after everything was finalized and also helped make sure I had my questions answered; he was the last man standing. It was really hard for me to get through the paperwork because of some past trauma from work that was triggered and my ptsd set off but I didn’t know it at the time. Long story short, these guys ended up spending hours; I’m grateful for them. It was really important for me to understand what I was signing so I recommend bringing someone with you that can alleviate some of the nerves. The ladies working there were super nice and I wish I had time to connect with them to go through the features of the car but I literally left at or after closing. Thank you, Oxmoor and team.

Terrible communication surrounded by lies

Bought a vehicle and was happy, til I found it had no 2nd key and no floor mats, asked for and was Promised help to acquire proper stuff from their sister dealership. Next day made the trip back to give them the 2nd key to my trade in and was told that other store service was closed they'd call tomorrow, 3 days I contact the manager and he passes it onto the sales guy. A week later still hear nothing til they want to sell me car insurance I tell them i still heard nothing from what they promised me so I need something on that first. I write a review then the marketing emails me and says a manager will contact me...still hasnt contacted so now everyone from the managers to sales to marketing has made promises with no accountability. If you buy from them stay alert and get everything in writing because once you leave that car lot you're forgotten about so get everything in writing

Excellent sales staff. Personal attention given at every phase of the sales process! Labed was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our questions about the Highlander. We will definitely be back when we are in the market for another vehicle!

My experience at OXMOOR TOYOTA was awesome. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. From the receptionists Susanne and Linda to the Parts Assistant Tom Lynch and Service Manager Stephen Coffey all doing an incredible job helping me have an incredibly good experience, greeting me, purchasing accessories and taking care of my service need. My Sales Specialist Jacob Fair is the best. The preferences I had for my new Corolla kept him busy and Jacob did not disappoint. Jacob and I spent a substantial amount amount of time with each other and I must commend Jacob for his very good listening skills and professionalism. Jacob Fair is an excellent Sales Specialist and I will be recommending him to all my family, friends and associates who are considering buying or leasing a new or used vehicle. Sales Manager Andy Norton is a very good leader of the Sales Staff. Andy is very good at supporting his Staff and personally connecting with the client. Finance team almost ruined a good experience

The finance team misled us with the APR offer and tried to pull a fast one to get us to spend more money. Beware and finance with someone else if you can. He was fairly condescending as well. Get everything in writing before walking into his office. Besides that they made a solid deal.

On our new purchase it was nice to get what we wanted without being pushed into buying something that we weren’t interested in. Sales were pushed through in a timely manner, courtesy from all staff, and they stayed open for us even though it was after hours to get us what we wanted!

Cory was enthusiastic but not too pushy. It always takes a long time to get through all the paperwork but this was probably the shortest and we have been through this many times in our large family. My Highlander is beautiful and drives wonderfully

We had a scheduled test drive at Oxmoor, but the car we were interested in was sold. We were not happy, but we were then introduced to Labed & he worked really hard to help us find a car that we’d be happy with & worked to get us a good deal on that car. He’s very knowledgeable & we are very happy with our purchase at this time.
