I had a wonderful car buying experience at Honda World. The salesperson I worked with, Steve Bell, knows his inventory and the products hes selling and quickly helped me determine the perfect car for my needs. I was a bit suspicious of the no-haggle pricing (the price is the price thats that), but after doing a little research, I discovered that the price the dealership was offering was extremely fair for the model I was interested in. I didnt get dealership financing, so I cant speak to that aspect of the car buying experience, but the other members of the team I met seem to be of the same high caliber as Steve. I hope he stays in the business for years to come because I dont ever want to buy a car again without his assistance. Seriously, hes that good or at least was for me. I never feel that way, ever, about salespeople.

Great first car buying experience

Today I bought a used Toyota Highlander from Honda World. Autotrader brought me here, but the car selection and the staff made me stay. This was my first time buying a car, I was by myself, and I am a young female. Never once did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. I was not sure what to expect or what steps were to be taken, but Arthur W. helped me every step of the way! I am so thankful I walked into the dealership today and Arthur helped me out! Thank you very much!!

I worked with Rodney Thomas and I can't recommend him highly enough. He went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted....I went in on a Saturday and the financing was not going through and I thought that was it and then he called me on Monday (a holiday, which he was still working) and told me come on over and get my car, he had worked it out. Love love love the car, super happy I got to work with Rodney and for all the help he gave. I was not by any stretch getting the most expensive car on the lot but he treated me like I was the most important customer he had and I really appreciated it.

Just had my first B1 Service at HondaWorld off Hursteborne Parkway. The staff was friendly and they got me in via the quick lane within 10 minutes of my arrival. While sitting in the waiting room a staff member walked around letting people know there were drinks and some snacks available (some free, some not).

I really enjoyed purchasing my new CRV EX-L from Doug Alsman. Everyone was extremely courteous and informative. Also, the process went pretty smoothly and timely. Delivery Specialist, Aaron Jerome reviewed the features and was very patient and helpful. I would recommend this dealership and the Lifetime Warranty! I plan to keep my new Honda forever!

Easy in and easy out.

I had them do the oil change and the things that I can't do. However it is much less costly for me to get a high quality engine air filter and cabin air filter from a third party and install them myself. Very easy to do and saved myself nearly a hundred bucks.

Just there for an airbag recall,

and didn't know what to expect. But the Rep was courteous and professional, and I was handed over to the shuttle driver, who was courteous and professional and took me where I needed to go and picked me up again when my car was ready when promised. My actual total time in the Service Center was less than 15 minutes. So they made the whole experience just a breeze. Thanks to all of you.
