Horrible dealership - don't waste your time

In 2008, I purchased a used SRX fully loaded that had a sticker in the window marked under warranty - certified. Purchased based on that.Conviently after the loan and paperwork was drawn up, they left it off. When I mentioned at signing I was told I was wrong and they had "misplaced" the sticker in the window. Mistakenly I went back today looking to trade my Lexus Hybrid SUV in for an XC60. George, THE LAZIEST saleman I've ever encountered couldn't find any and was obviously not interested in selling any. In addition, he said "let's call lexus what it is...a Toyota. What [non-permissible content removed]. Let's call Volvo what it is...a Ford. I have since decided to buy a new Lexus.
