i brought my 2006 doage gakota to service dept to find out whay it was running very rough and dying in traffic. left truck for two days. finally received a call from service dept saying they had replaced some spark plugs and installed news spark plug coils. i paid $1254.-- . drove the truck home and it died three times on the way home. still not fixed.

Repair not made

Took my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit with 31,000 miles on the odometer to Martin CDJR due to a "growling" emanating when the AC was engaged. The issue was "diagnosed" by the service tech as a faulty fresh air actuator and parts to make the repair. There was also an "error message" regarding a Uconnect software problem I asked to be addressed - I was told the software issue was a "world wide" issue with Uconnect and they would "look into" the problem. Neither issue was fixed despite a total charge of almost $500 ($100 deductible charge to me). Service advisor informed me, after returning the vehicle, the "growl" was NORMAL and I should just get used to it. Since the last visit, I have left 4 messages with the service advisor regarding repairing the problem - none of which have been returned.
