BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

All associates were extremely friendly and answered all my questions. They even went out of their way to advise me of a sale that was starting soon and to wait to get service done so I could reep the benefits. Also, they referred me to another place that could provide a service they didn't offer at this time. Just SUPER helpful. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great Buying Experience @ Shottenkirk

I had a wonderful time purchasing my vehicle. Each employee throughout the process was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Travis and Dennis delivered more than what I was asking for, while successfully turning an expenditure into an experience. All things point to future purchases with Shottenkirk. Please, just please give Travis a raise so he doesn't have to drive a purple truck any longer. Thank you!

Need to do more product research.

I purchased my 2012 Equinox in December, 2011. I was told that the Equinox I purchased had an entertainment system with the hard drive option, and was led to believe that it had the MyLink radio. I soon discovered these were both wrong. Chevy decided to not put the MyLink radios in the Equinox line until Spring, 2012. Multiple people in the dealership told me I had the hard drive option so I could pause radio, store music internally, etc. After spending an hour at the dealership, I was told what I already knew, they were mistaken. They did make it right by paying for other services, but even then, we had to fight for those services. I'm not sure if the MyLink issue was just a misunderstanding, but the salesman told me I could play Pandora through the radio, which I knew was a MyLink feature. When I mentioned MyLink, he did not correct me. The salesman has moved on. I hope he is doing more research on the vehicles he sells. This was the second vehicle I purchased from this dealership. The first purchase was a much better experience.

Equinox Radio Updates

After updating my iPhone 5 to iOS 7.0.2, I was no longer able to play music from my phone through my car stereo. After talking to Apple, they said there was nothing they could do. Even Chevy's Infotainment team had failed to get my phone working again. I tried Shottenkirk, and they discovered there were 3 updates for my Equinox. After the updates were applied, I was able to play music through the USB cable again!
