Great Experience

The Salesman was extremely knowledgeable with no pressure selling. I called him the next day with question, and he called me back on his day off!!!! Great experience!!!

This is my second service experience with Billion and it has not let me down both service were covered under warranty so cant complain there!! Both times I was givin a nice loaner vehicle. Outstanding and professional service.

Purchase of new 2016 Tahoe

I had received the name of a sales person at Billion from a friend. I contacted him with exactly what I was wanting and he was able to work most of the deal through email which was very helpful as we live about 30 minutes away from the dealership. Everything worked out great and we were able to get the deal that we wanted for the car that we loved!!! Very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Billion to our friends!

Overpriced dim light

Several months ago my driver dim went out & Linder Tire in North Liberty changed it for $25 & now taking my passenger dim light out cost $45 at Billion. I had a $20 off coupon so the prices were the same, albeit I believe coupons should reduce price vs. competitors price instead of the coupon equalizing price.

Best Dealership!!

Yet again i can't say enough about Carlos & the rest of the staff!! Carlos new the 4th july sale would help me out and get me in a brand new Terrain.. The financial team was a huge help..and the whole time helping and explaining the great deal..over the past year they have helped me fix my credit and now also have reduced my interest rates by almost half..i recommend Carlos and Billion auto to all my friends and family!! Have already made plans to buy more vehicles for myself & my future business..Thank You Carlos!!!

Will never go anywhere else

After a terrible experience at another dealership, I was done even trying to buy a car and seriously considered private party. Billion had kept in touch and I decided to give it one more go. Tate Winegar made my experience painless. Didnt waste my time trying to sell me something I didnt want. Was straight forward and accommodating. Told him what I wanted, had it shipped from another store and it even arrived a day early. My paperwork was ready for me and per my request it took literally no more than 25 minutes. Tate's attention to detail and remembering his customers is remarkable, even when dealing with high volume. I could not be happier with my purchase and am pleased with yhe service. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Billion. Thank you for redeeming my view of the industry.

Purchasing a used truck from Billion Chevy Buick GMC Cadillac

I was first contacted by Billion because of an inquire about a vehicle I found on their website. It was at that time I discovered that the website is not specific to the Billion Auto in your area. The vehicle in question was located on the other side of the state. They were willing to transfer the vehicle from its current location to a closer location to me. However, before they transferred the vehicle from the other location to a closer location they wanted to show me some comparable vehicles on their lot. This was acceptable and they did show several vehicles of similar design and packages to the one on their website. During the process of test driving and inspecting each of the comparable vehicles the sales rep was responsive and courteous. Every question was answered quickly and respectfully (no matter how "ignorant" the question was). If the sales rep didn't know the answer immediately he knew who to ask to obtain the answer. The sales rep never pressured us into purchasing any of the vehicles and did offer options when road blocks were encountered. The vehicles were clean and were safe enough to be road worthy. Since I was looking for a used vehicle some issues were to be expected with the vehicles. The dealership did work with us on the pricing and repair on some of the issues discovered on the vehicles. I have not received the vehicle I have purchased because it is currently getting some work done to its electrical system. The only reasons I am not giving this review a 5 star is because the website is cryptic about which dealerships vehicles are located at and there was some resistance to transporting a vehicle from a different location.

We needed a vehicle to replace the one that was wrecked. We searched on line and found one that looked good. We went to Billion Auto and had a test drive. We took our mechanic along and he agreed that it was a good buy. The sale went well and fairly quick. Our salesman, Jake was easy to deal with and answered all questions and concerns we had.

My battery left me stranded and I had to get my car jumped by a friend to drive to Billion to get it checked out. With no appointment and a waiting room full of people the team at Billion squeezed me in anyway. They checked my battery, and sure enough it was "bad". Unfortunately, I wasn't the only one that was left out in the cold with a dead battery that weekend and they were out of the battery I needed. They charged it up for me to get me through and told me to come back during the week and they would be able to get a replacement on for me with my pro-rated warranty. Billion always gives me great service and has my trust.

Wouldn't recommend

Bought a 2008 Escalade from the Iowa City location(4 hours from my home). About a month after I purchased I found out the disc changer/ CD player didn't even work, this was never mentioned during the sales pitch, however the fact that it was a 6 disc changer was. I contacted my sales person by email and never got a response back. Finally got in touch with a manager and they set up for the CD player to be fixed at another Billion Auto location an hour and 1/2 from my home in Sioux City Iowa. By the time I got there the repair center was closed so left my vehicle with sales. Two days later I got a call from repair stating "my check engine light wasn't even on" and they ran some kind of "tests" to make sure there was nothing wrong internally. I told them what the manager from Iowa City supposedly told them, that it was the CD PLAYER that did not work; and that Iowa City would take care of the costs since it was SOLD TO ME ALREADY BROKEN. Finally a week later I get a call from the Sioux City location saying it will be ready later this week, but I'll be responsible for $214 of the $1700 service. Don't get me wrong I would much rather pay $200 over $1700 but I have no idea why I am required to pay anything when it was told to me that it would be taken care of and that I wasn't aware that it wasn't working at time of purchasing. Must say I'm greatly disappointed with their communication and service. Will more than likely just pay the $200 so I don't have to deal with them anymore. In search for a second vehicle for husband, sadly won't take our business back to them
