Battery failure 2022 Subaru Outback

onCar towed to dealership on 23 May with dead battery. Put on charger and returned25 May . Car again towed to dealership on 30 May for dead battery. Again placed on charger and returned with assurances that the battery was fully charges and holding the charge. car returned on 31 May. On 2 June the vehicle was towed to McGrath Subaru in Skokie, Ill. Test indicated the was battery was faulty. Battery replaced and car now running normally. Apparently the testing equipment at Riley is faulty.

onWe had the 60,000 mile service completed on our Outback. We were given a brand new car for a loaner and it took less time for the service to be completed than we expected. We always get great service at Riley’s.

onArrived early for service but was allowed to gave vehicle enter service area. Quick review of vehicle condition and requested maintenance was reviewed. Comfortable waiting area Maintenance work reviewed, car washed and on my way.
