Poor Service

I purchased a truck through Bob Brown in 2017. The buying experience was overall good. The service on the other hand, not so great. I scheduled my truck for an oil change, to have some stalling/sputtering looked at and to have my remote start fixed. I scheduled an appointment for 8:00am so my truck would be done at a decent time. 8:00am - Dropped off truck. The representative confirmed what I wanted to have them look at. 10:30am - A representative calls me and tells me that the tool they need to diagnose the stalling AND remote start isn't there. Pretty annoying that the dealership can't troubleshoot these issues. They ask if I want to leave my truck overnight. I say no. I need my truck so I tell them to just do the oil change. 2:00pm - I haven't heard anything from them. I'm curious as to how long it takes for an oil change. I call and get transferred to a voice mail. I call back, they take my name and number. 2:15ish - I get a call back. They broke the dipstick on my truck and are waiting on a new one. Wait, you broke part of my truck and failed to call me? How is this ok? Don't worry though, they said that they'll pay for it. They promised a new one would be in that day. 2:30ish - I get a call saying my oil change is done. Only 6 hours after I dropped it off. I show up to pick up my truck. I walk in to talk to the representative. He just tells me to go back and pay which I do. Nobody said anything about my truck, no "Everything looked good" or "such and such is getting worn." Instead the lady hands me my keys and tells me she's sorry but she doesn't have anyone to bring my truck around. It's somewhere in the back. Ok, sooooo I guess I'll wander around the back lot looking for my truck. Just to recap - 6 hours for an oil change, can't diagnose unrelated issues on the vehicle, no phone call when they break something on the vehicle, wandering around like Hans and Gretal in the back lot looking for my truck(lucky for me it was close). Overall a terrible experience.

Vacation service need

We were traveling on vacation and had AC issues and water leaking in passenger cabin. We called Bob Brown dealership for assistance. They immediately fit us in to service schedule and attended to our issue (blocked AC line). We were in and out of service in less than an hour and back on the road for vacation. We truly are thankful and impressed by the helpful men and women at this dealership.

Everyone is very professional and courteous. They go the extra mile to satisfy customer concerns. I could go to a closer dealership for service, but prefer coming here because I know I'll be treated well.

good service bad explanation

my brake problem is still there i will bring it in again i have 7000 mi on it brakes grab after it sits for one hour when at stop light brake pedal pulsates

GMC/Bob Brown

I don't usually do surveys, but the service manager went above and beyond his job to make sure my wife had safe tires on her truck. He called me twice to make sure I knew what they had found. A broken belt in a tire changed the whole direction I told him to follow. I am impressed with his insistence on making her ride safe. Thank you Bob Brown for caring!

I'm still waiting to get my new car working, been in twice, was given a rental car. As of today I'm driving still using a rental. All because you can't fix the problem. How would you like it.

I called with short notice, the person I spoke to was accomodating, friendly and understanding, and got me in for an appointment in 2 days. Everything was completed perfectly. The rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed. Although your location is not user-friendly for me, I will use you guys anyway, because of how well you took care of me. It's worth the drive.

I walked in without an appointment, someone told me I had a headlight out and I needed new windshield wipers. They didn't find anything with the headlight but put new wipers on and I was out of there within a half hour. They were very nice, asked me if I wanted a drink or donut. Thanks.
