by 2019 on 04/14/2019I'm a return customer for Currie Ford's Service Department. I came in on April 10th, 2019 for 2 major repairs for my 2012 Ford Focus SE Hatchback. Bill Sherman was my service advisor. He took care of me in a very professional manner… with excellent customer service. He was able to get me a loaner while my car was in for repairs. LuAnne Thomas set me up with a 2018 Ford Eco Sport to drive as well. The Service Tech was Brian. After evaluating my repair request, he noticed other problems that needed to be addressed as well. Brian was the tech who went above and beyond what I needed done initially on my car. He did an excellent job on getting every repair needed to be safe to drive again. All of the repairs and labor was covered under my extended warranty with a $100 deductible. I'm very happy with all 3 employees who serviced me and my car. 5 Stars for Bill, LuAnne and Brian. Thanks again Currie Ford for excellent customer service. I know who I can trust and count on for my car.Oil Change
