Actually took time to show me what was done

Scott was extremely helpful. When I questioned the final costs and asked if I could see exactly what they did to justify the costs, he was more than happy to take the time to explain and show me exactly what it took to correct my problem. I really appreciate this type of customer service. I gladly paid the bill without regret.

Engine Cover

I had to return because the engine cover was left off of my car. But to your credit, they did call me to tell me they left the cover off. I appreciate that. Usually your service is excellent. Mistakes do happen.

Oil Pressure Sensor Repair

The turnaround time on the repair was very quick. I really appreciated that. My concern is with the vehicle itself. For a $45K+ vehicle, it sure is having a lot of issues. My $20K Silverado that I had for 7 years did not have any issues except for general wear and tear. I would have expected the same, if not better, from the Avalanche. Starting to become disappointed.

Awesome customer service

I called the Chevy dealer in Elkhart to schedule an oil change. I was told I couldn't get in for at least a week. I called Gates and they got me in right away. Then they were able to schedule me almost immediately when they found I had a leaky front seal. Awesome customer service.

Gates Service Department is great!

I really like Michelle a lot. We have developed a relationship over time that I have come to appreciate and trust. However, she told me she would be out-of-town and that someone else would be calling me when my car was ready. I appreciated knowing it wouldn't be her. I also appreciated the reduced cost of a rental car. I thought this last repair was going to be covered under warranty, but it wasn't. I felt Gates did all they could to keep some of my costs at a minimum which helped a lot.

Bluetooth connection problem

It took 4 hours but the problem of my phone not pairing up to the Bluetooth in my car was solved by a software update. Much better than having to replace the whole radio component for $2200.
