oil service

Standard oil change service. Advised of air filter conditions. Noted a service advisor came into the waiting area and took the time to clean and wipe down the coffee machine, counter and actually wipe down the trash area. Nice touch to see the pride he took in making the area clean for your Nissan Customers. Younger worker who is part time as he told me. Refreshing to see an employee who likes his job and it showed.

I made appointment that morning for that afternoon. I also realized that I had received a coupon via email while my card was being serviced. An employee had my forward the email to him at the dealership, then he printed the coupon and gave the coupon to my service person who gave me the discount.

Great Dealership- Great Experience

Was treated like I was purchasing NEW car when budget allowed only used. They also helped find the perfect car and worked on getting me to my budgeted payment. Patient and professional. No pressure. Enjoyed the experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Salesman was arrogant, rude, and immature!

Had one of the worth customer experiences I've ever had while I was taking my sister car shopping. Our salesman, Korey Owens, was arrogant and rude. He never asked our names. I pointed out a scratch on the bumper of a car we actually intended to purchase today, and he said "Sorry, that's part of the price". I informed him that their listed price was actually high compared to others in the area, he told us that this was the cheapest of this model and trim in a 250 mile radius. That was a lie (we'd done our homework). I gave him an offer on the vehicle. He just said no. Didn't take it to his sales manager or counter offer or anything. I've never been to a dealership where they let some 22yr old salesman call his own deals. And, the listing for this car shows a backup camera. It's not on this car. That's ok. We found a nearly identical car, with less miles AND a backup camera, within 100 miles for an asking price of $1500 less. But here's the kicker...as we got in our car to leave, Korey was standing at the window of the showroom mockingly laughing at us like the offer was ridiculous or something. I almost got back out of my car...but I'm a grown-up. I won't buy another vehicle from Hubler again (I just my car from them less than a year ago). Korey Owens ruined that for us.

False Advertisemnt, Bait & Switch, where to begin?

Watch out for they're "Fall Trade-A-Thon" which the salesman and a manager even agreed I was correct but there was nothing they could do. The offer: get 20% over KBB "Fair" value. (the lowest category available) The issue they had: My vehicle "wasn't typical when they run this special every year." Translation: They won't honor their special if you trade in a 2014 vehicle (with less than 10k miles). Their offer: Was $6058 less than KBB + 20%. They even stated that they were using "auction prices". I stated that the ad was for KBB "Fair value". Their reply "With Black Book and what I can get at auction, that's it. Follow Up: After leaving the used car appraiser, I questioned the managers. In there defense, they spent more them 30 mins with the "appraiser" they shook there heads and said, "sorry, we can't do that deal. If the car was older, we could work something out" Shade, shady, shadiest!!!

I first visited this Nissan dealership with no specific vehicle in mind. After a lot of patience from our salesman, Adam, and the finance manager, Ed, plus time spent test driving many of the models, I was able to make the correct choice. Overall, my husband and I were very pleased with our experience there. They were not pushy, treated our kids well, and took the time to find me the proper vehicle.

Buyer Beware!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I was sold a 2010 Ford Escape and unbeknownst to me, it had been in a previous accident. 8 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE the hood flew up on the highway causing significant damage to both the hood and the windshield. Since my car has a 3 year warranty, I took the car to the local Ford dealership here in Delaware where they informed me of previous damage to car. Two separate dealerships concluded the hood flew up as a result of damage sustained in the prior accident. When both my family, and the auto body shop spoke to Hubler Nissan's general manager Ken about the incident he was beyond rude. Not only was he not apologetic for selling me a vehicle with an issue, he went on to say this was not his problem and for us all to deal with it ourselves. The salesman who sold the car, Dennis H, was apologetic and beyond helpful in trying to help us resolve the issue while his superior Ken was the opposite. Huber can not pride themselves on good customer service when this is how they choose to respond to an issue of this magnitude. Ultimately, my family had to pay $2,059.20 to repair my car to allow for it to be driven back to Indiana. This is all within 30 days of sale!!!!! Before you buy a car from this dealership consider how they will respond to you if there is an issue. An attitude of "I don't care, not my problem" is disgusting in a field where customer service is a primary pillar. I am 100% dissatisfied with the car and my experience. Currently, the vehicle requires further repairs so this matter is still unresolved. Mind you, this is a 2010 Ford Escape for which we are paying well over $12,000. This is completely unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere to a company that will respect you and that takes pride in the vehicles they sell.

Won't Be Going Back..

After deciding on the new car I wanted, I went to the dealership to buy it. I owned a Hubler Mazda and wanted to trade for the larger Maxima. Several salesmen and managers at Hubler Nissan went on and on, slamming the people who worked at their Mazda dealership. (Very unprofessional, I thought, and a bit awkward for me, too!) After some back-and-forth regarding price, it was nearing 5pm when I made a written offer; the sales manager gave me the evil eye from across the room, then my salesman rolled his eyes at me & said "We're expecting to be busy tonight. Come back in 2 days...we won't be busy then." Two hours later I was signing papers on a deal at a competing local dealer -- got the exact same car for $3,000 LESS than the amount I had offered Hubler Nissan! What an awful way to treat a customer!

I'd never been to Hubler Nissan, and had an appointment to see a new vehicle via an email inquiry I'd made earlier in the day. I arrived early, and was greeted by Wayne, my salesperson. I found Wayne to be knowledgable, experienced and he had a very NO PRESSURE sales technique. He let me test drive the vehicle I was interested in, in the manner I needed to, in order to see if it met my needs. He answered all of my questions, and guided me through the entire process politely, with humor when needed, and even stayed after hours on a Saturday to make sure that my deal was done to my specifications. I got a more than fair price for my trade, and when we found ourselves negotiating price for my purchase... Wayne found ways to meet me halfway to get me in the vehicle/trim that I wanted. Also, the finance people found a match to the interest rate I was quoted at my own bank so I could drive home my new vehicle that night. Overall, I would recommend Hubler Nissan, specifically Wayne C., to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
