Was met by the technician as I got out of the Highlander - Clay was ready to process my paperwork as soon as I got to his desk. Very professional and polite - waiting area is always clean and comfortable. Free coffee and water are awesome as well. Checkout was quick and I was on my way in under an hour.

Staff are friendly. Good work area. Got me completed quickly, and still honored my last free oil change even though it was a week outside of the window. Nice job! I know toyota dealers probably hate working on supras, but I don't want to take it anywhere else.

Service Department is always attentive to my needs or concerns. They always get my vehicle in and out in an expeditious manner without compromising quality. I have another Toyota dealership within five miles of my home but I willingly drive an extra 40 miles because of Beck Toyota’s superior service department.
