This experience was refreshing because I drove all the way from Chicago to purchase my Jeep Cherokee and I felt welcome coming through the door. We had a wonderful experience with Tom OBrien and our sales person Kent Von Burg. Kent was patient , knowledgeable, thorough and kind. He went the extra mile to meet our needs and find us the right vehicle. This is our second purchase from Kent and we plan on returning.

Buyer's remorse

I bought a 2016 Cherokee Limited in February and tried to return it 4 days later due to issues with acceleration and missing out. ( The short loop of a test drive they take you on is not representative of a true test drive.) I was told that it was too late and that legally they didnt have to take it back. I soon realized this vehicle was not on the same level of quality as my 2005 Liberty: the front suspension started squeeking after ine month, the sunroof rattled loudly when ioen and I continued getting in closecalls by a lazy transmission. I called and emailed for several weeks to the sales manager and didnt get a single response. It was only after I contacted the general manager that I got a reaponse from the sales manager that he "didnt get my messages." This whole experience and lack of concern for the quality of product they sold me coupled with unprofessional behavior has soured me against O'Brien and Jeep. I lost $9,000 in trading it at another dealer because they wouldnt take it back.

I love the people at Tom O'Brien. Special shout out to Angie Russom finance guru extraordinaire and Megan McCarty super sales gal! I have purchased 3 Jeeps so far and every time it has been an awesome experience. They have wonderful honest people working for them, and they truly care about the customers needs both in the vehicle selection and price points. They aren't out to just make money off of you. I recommend that every one goes to Tom O Brien for the car or truck needs!!!

This is my second vehicle purchase from the O'Brien family. My salesman Rob Sloan was helpful and professional. I saw the truck I wanted online. Made an appointment, test drove and bought it the same day. Never felt pressured and pricing was very fair. I know I will be going back again.

I was so impressed with this dealership that I returned 6 days later to purchase a new RAM Laramie.
