Not good

They made me believe this was a take it now you do not need to worry later and after I sign surprise me liners were not in house (which I buy to not wait for the online redemption), a key is missing and it cannot set yet and I need to wait for more than a week (of course they could not wait for me to sign) and the expert on the car could not figure out why the back could not be open.

Andrew Stephan did an excellent job. He was friendly, personable and he knew what he was talking about. Andrew was ready to address any concern or issue before I even brought it up. He did everything he could to meet my payment goal and was even able to get my payment lower than I wanted. When I was ready to test drive a car, the first vehicle he brought to me is the one I ended up driving away in. Andrew and the Kelley Chevy team has been wonderful during my first car shopping experience and I will most likely return here in the future regardless of where I am living. The Kelley team genuinley cares about their customers and do a great job at making the whole process smooth and stress free. No pressure and no hurry as long as you are mindful of their time. 100% Recommend Kelley Chevy to anyone car shopping.

When I walked into the dealership I was warmly welcomed. The facility itself was very impressive and so was the sales process. Tom Kelley helped design the car that would be perfect for my husband. The car was delivered even sooner than promised and was the perfect combination of color and accessories. When picking up the vehicle, a very knowledgeable young man by the name of Coleman Geiger, very patiently went through the vehicle with my husband. He even helped me download the OnStar app on my phone. He also gave us his card in case we had questions. The entire process from beginning to end was a pleasure.

I had a very good dealing with Kelly Chevrolet. I appreciate the service we received. The only item i did not catch before the final lease was that the miles on the car were miles against my lease. My salesman treated us very well.

Wonderful experience! Tony Dile, was the sales person who helped me. He didn't make me feel intimidated or pressured to buy something I couldn't afford. He personally picked up my old car from my house, saving me the hassle of figuring out what to do with it.
