I went in for a routine oil change. When the tech realized that my vehicle was out of alignment I was taken to the destination of my choosing while I waited for the rest of the work to be done. When it was completed I received a call and the shuttle was waiting at the door of the store I was at as I walked out. What great service.

The service department was very prompt in responding to my request for an appointment. The Service Advisor and Technician were both very attentive to me when explaining the issues my car was having. Once the problems were identified, they we're fixed properly.

Was in the market for a small SUV. I'm a experienced shopper in everything. I read, explore and have knowledge on most of my purchases. I chose Kenny Kent due to having the best prices. I was met in the parking lot by a smiling salesman. From that moment on i was treated with total respect. Nervous due to very little down payment and credit issues. But treated as I was purchasing the $80,000 showroom cars. We will continue to purchase all future Sun's from Kenny Kent.

We bought our 2017 Corvette Grand Sport sight unseen from out of state because of the great price at Kenny Kent Chevrolet. The staff at Kenny Kent made the out of state purchasing process much easier than we expected. We left an inquiry on the vehicle late evening after business hours had ended and had a call first thing in the morning. We worked with Gary Lavore in sales and Danny Keith in financing. Gary is very knowledgeable and put me to ease right away. He is professional, personable, and proactive. He kept in touch with us throughout the entire process and returned calls promptly. I have taken my 2009 Traverse to Kenny Kent for major repairs on two separate occasions. Both times Joe has helped me. Both times he has went above and beyond the call of duty in customer service. The price was very reasonable and no one tried to add additional unnecessary work. This is the one place as a women I feel comfortable going to get repairs without worrying about being taken advantage of because of my lack of mechanical knowledge. I will be returning to Kenny Kent for any needed future repairs.
