CHANDLER Is the MAN!

Never set foot in this dealership! Closed an entire deal via text messages and emails! No shady business at all, they were transparent and honest the entire time. I'd recommend Ziegler Ford/Lincoln to anyone! Chandler Bos communicated with me through the whole process, keeping me up to date and informed. He handled shipping and all! I can't thank him enough. I'd also like to thank Brian Stempien for handling the paperwork and for his excellent service. You guys are awesome!

Fantastic Service and Experience leading a new Ford

Troy Kennedy took exceptional care of us. His honesty and integrity put me in a new lease. I didn't feel the "sales" pressure at all with him! Definitely would recommend him to anyone buying or leasing!

Bad Dealership Experience

Honestly, I was really disappointed by my visit. I expected professionalism at a dealership with good reviews but, unfortunately, that is not what I was shown. When I handed over my keys to let them check out my car (a mustang), their employee went roaring around their parking lot and easily could have collided with another car if someone else was driving around. When my car was parked, it was parked too far forward on their curb so it scraped the front of it. My salesman, Jon Difranco, tried to make jokes about this unprofessional behavior. They also acted like they were holding my keys hostage from me and wouldn't bring them back to me after I was finished test driving vehicles. Despite the ad I received about this month being Black Friday Deals, I was not offered anything remotely resembling a deal and my offers were ignored even though the ad said all reasonable offers would be considered. I know what my vehicle is worth and I know what the vehicle I wanted to buy was worth. I was ready with my title to make a deal, even willing to lose a bit on my end, but we weren't anywhere close to fair. After I thanked Jon for his time and told him I appreciated it but wasn't interested in their best offer, he reacted in a show of unprofessionalism by pouting like a toddler. He actually stuck up his nose and ignored me as I left. I feel bad that this review is not positive, but I was sadly not impressed at all by my visit. I treat people with courtesy and respect, and, even if we couldn't make a deal, I was not treated well. They did not respect me or my car.

Never going back

Took vehicle last Sunday when they told us too. The latest they would get to it was supposed to be by that Thursday. Come Friday my husband calls and the lady said she forgot to tell them about our vehicle. Then Saturday someone is finally working on it. Monday is 4th of July so no one is working understandably. Tuesday they don't call. Now Wednesday my husband calls and they don't know anything about our vehicle or where the keys are. Terrible service. I wish we didn't have to pay for this. Man this angers me.

2016 F-150 - Add on part

Great Experience!

I cant say enough good things about Harold Zeigler Ford in Elkhart. Mitch Miller made buying a car easy and fun. He was so helpful and worked hard to find a vehicle that was perfect for me. I never felt pressured. Zeigler's customer service far exceeded the other dealerships I visited. Mitch is the real deal and a class act. I will definitely come back in the future. Thanks Mitch! :)

Fast Service

recently dropped my new car off for servicing and in minutes they had me out the door in a loaner car. When I returned to pick my car up it was ready to go, we exchanged keys, and they had me back out the door in no time. My sales person even stopped by to see how everything was going and to see if I had any questions.

Don't trust them with your information!!

After telling them what bank to use for financing, we ended up buying elsewhere for a better deal. Weeks after, we began receiving inquiries from multiple institutions. We received at least 10 additional inquiries. Apparently if you do not buy from them, they run your credit at will. Our credit scores decreased due to the tremendous amount of inquiries!!! Keep your personal information to yourself and line up your own financing before you drive on the lot!!

Nice guys, great service

Worst Dealership I've Ever Been To - Absolutely Terrible Customer Service

BEWARE Harold Zeigler Ford is hands down, the WORST dealership in the area. Their customer service is an absolute joke, and after $2500 and three weeks of work – my truck is still not fixed. I took my Ford F150 in after noticing my engine was running a little funny – and they told me they’d have it diagnosed by the end of the day… it took them AN ENTIRE WEEK just to diagnose the problem… and another TWO WEEKS to TRY and fix it. What makes this timeline truly atrocious is that they never once returned a single one of my phone calls. I was constantly told “We’ll call you know by the end of the day” – and never once did they follow through. Even the service manager couldn’t pick up the phone to give me an update on my vehicle. This is absolutely unacceptable, as they not only completely ignored their own customer for three weeks... their "repairs" didn't even fix my truck - but gladly charged over $2500 for them. So please be warned ladies and gentlemen, because not only will Harold Zeigler Ford NOT correctly fix your vehicle, the incompetence of their service department will hold it hostage for WEEKS.

Fast and friendly service

This is my first used car purchase from Harold Zeigler and they were wonderful to work with. All the workers are very friendly and help answer and you questions. The man that helped us pick a suv did an fantastic job helping us! We told him out price range and what we wanted then within days he found us what we were looking for. I'm very pleased I decided to go to your shop and thanks again.

Great Service

I brought my F150 there to get a complete detail. I walked in the door and was greeted by one of there staff pointing me in the right direction. Within a couple of minutes they had a loaner car sitting outside with the air condition running waiting for me. Very hassle free service. Great job!!

After having a horrible experience on a previous car purchase at another dealer, I was not looking forward to another car purchase. But working with the sales and finance team at Harold Zeigler was a great experience. They are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. F150 4X4

I was planning to buy a new F150 in 2014 but decided to wait for the 2015 models with the new aluminum bodies. Harold Ziegler did not have an F150 with the exact options or color I wanted. They soon found one at another dealer and had it shipped to Elkhart. It was well worth the wait, the truck and experience at Harold Ziegler was great.
