I worked with Pete Z and was very impressed with his knowledge of the Toyota Camry and his willingness to help my family and I purchase a car at the price we needed. I was also surprised at how quickly we were able to get through the negotiating stage, to the financial department, and out the door. In 2 1/2 hours we were finished with the entire sale. I would definitely recommend Jeff Wyler Toyota and especially the professionalism of Pete Z.

This was a great experience from start to finish. We absolutely love Toyotas for longevity and good value so it is simply a matter of finding the right dealership to use. Chuck Y and the rest of the staff at this dealership were friendly and helpful from the moment we walked through the door right through to when we left with our new RAV4. Chuck was even kind enough to go out and start my car to warm it up before we left because it was snowing and very cold. They worked with us to help us find the best vehicle for our needs at the best possible price. They were very understanding and helpful even though another dealership in the area (Oxmoor Toyota in Louisville) tried to steal our business away unfairly at the last minute. (Obviously, Oxmoor was unsuccessful). We would highly recommend this dealership to those looking for a Toyota vehicle.

We had a pleasant and wonderful experience purchasing our new 2014 Corolla on New Years Day at Jeff Wyler. This is the 3rd new vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. Dennis H did an outstanding and amazing job setting us up with the purchase of our new car. He was easy to talk to, and never made us feel pressured in any way. Dennis was personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable about this car, which is a total re-designed model of the Corolla. Since we have driven Corollas for the past 10 years, Dennis presented all of the new features on this new model in an easy to understand way. It was a smooth purchase from the test drive, until we drove it off the lot. We also received a good offer on our trade-in as well. We look forward to purchasing more vehicles from Jeff Wyler until we are no longer able to drive. All 3 new car purchases we have made here have always been a good experience, and we highly recommend Dennis Hughes and Jeff Wyler Toyota!

Toyota Tundra

Tom was very knowledgeable about the Tundra. We arrived fairly late on Saturday and the staff went out of their way to get us financed and apply the polysteel and have us on our way that night. A great buying experience.

I had been looking for a new car for several months when I stopped in to see a Yaris that I found via the dealer's website. As soon as I walked in the door, Rolanda greeted me warmly and began helping me. She fully explained all of the features of the vehicle as we test-drove it. She was personable and not pushy at all. I was so impressed with her wonderful customer service that I decided to buy it that day. She made the financing and negotiations just as easy and clear. I just bought my car two days ago and have already recommended her and this dealership to a friend!

I want to Thank everyone at Jeff Wyler for a wonderful experience in finding a car. I was looking for an affordable used car several months ago and Scott T went out of his way to help me. We didn't successfully locate a used car, but it wasn't because Mr T didn't do everything possible. I returned to Jeff Wyler when my current Toyota Paseo got much worse. Scott listened to what I needed and my financial position and provided me once again with exemplary service. He introduced me once again to the leasing process at Toyota and I was able to afford a lease on a 2013 Scion XD. I certainly didn't think that I would be able to get a new car but he made it happen. i had a very negative experience with a Toyota dealer in Louisville regarding a lease several years ago and I was very skeptical of leasing again, but Scott helped me see how things had changed. I am once again driving a safe, reliable Toyota because of Scott T. Jeff Wyler is very, very lucky to have such a wonderful salesman working for them. I think this has been the best car purchasing experience I have had in many, many years. I will gladly recommend Jeff Wyler to everyone looking for a car. Patricia N

Tom was excellent to work with. Although we did not end up purchasing the vehicle (wife decided she liked different vehicle), his customer service and friendliness towards us was exceptional. Tom is not your typical salesman as he is not aggressive or pushy, and he goes the extra mile to ensure the experience is as easy and pleasant as possible. Ask for Tom...you will not be disappointed. My father (84 years old) bought a used Hyundai last weekend when there was a promotion going on (not all sales people were regular employees of this dealership for that) and after getting home and reading the contract closer, realized he overpaid by a lot!! My brother and I went back out with him & spoke to Brent M and Sonya P. We could not have asked for more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people to work with on the problem. Long story short: they made it right and secured 3 new people for future business at Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville!! Sonya worked with us for over 2 hours on paperwork and explained every detail. My dad went back out today so they could destroy the old paperwork together and Sonya took the time to show him how to set up his cell phone for hands-free. This is the way the car buying experience is supposed to be. From the first email Tom addressed every concern we had. There was no reason to shop elsewhere. When we arrived at the dealership after setting up our scenario through emails, there were no surprises. We met Tom, he had already done the leg work and we waited for nothing. You also have a true asset in your F&I department in Anita Y. You won't find a more pleasant, professional person to conduct transactions with your customers. Thanks for everything!

I recently visited Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville to look at new Rav4's. I was helped by salesman Chuck Y . He was very nice, listened to me to understand just what I wanted, and found the exact Rav4 I described. He was not pushy and went out of his way to get me the car I wanted at a fair price. After the sale he continued to be very helpful in the delivery process. He as well as other employees I met all were friendly and welcomed me to the Toyota family. And you know what, they sincerely mean it! I could not have asked for a better new car buying experience and have every reason to expect great service in the future too. I have previously purchased new Toyota's from Oxmoor Toyota in Louisville and was normally happy with my experience. When we went there this time they weren't as willing to work with us. By chance we heard about a deal that I was looking for at Wyler.com, but when I called the vehicle was already sold. Tyyu asked us to come in anyway and see if we could work a deal. We did, actually a much better deal, since I got a all wheel drive instead of a front wheel drive for the same cost. I will now check here first instead of Oxmoor for my next purchase.

I went in, initially wanting a used car, but left with a brand new Camry. Tom T was EXTREMELY helpful. He helped in erasing all of my prearranged thoughts on car salesmen. He was polite, very informative, knowledgeable of the vehicles I was looking at, and he wasn't pushy at all. He made me feel comfortable and I can tell that he was authentic and wasn't just trying to be who I wanted him to be. His personality and his skills, from what I have witnessed, are valuable assets to his company. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to speak with him. I first saw the vehicle that I wanted from Jeff Wyler Toyota on AutoTrader.com. I was later contacted via email by Tom S, who is listed as an internet sales consultant on the dealer's website. However, when I finally made it to the dealership after several emails and illness, Tom was a perfect gentleman and a consummate professional. He was very straightforward and did not give off the predatory vibe that I usually get from car salesmen. After Tom outlined the more than reasonable offer for my trade and my projected monthly payments, I dealt with Jon B, the finance director. Jon described all of my add-on options without pressuring me to get any of them, and offered me an awesome interest rate on my loan. I would recommend this dealership, and particularly Tom S and Jon B , to anyone wanting to purchase a quality vehicle from a professional staff

Everything about my experience with Eric and Jeff Wyler Toyota was exceptional. Communication was great, not being too pushy or clingy. The salesman was very friendly helping me through the whole process as this was my first time with a "new" car. Service was great as I wanted a specific model in a specific color with specific options. As soon as "my" car was found, the salesman set off right away to get it.

Very courteous staff all around. Happy with salesman Pete Z. taking extra time to find a new car that fit my preferences and budget. I also wanted to get my license plates as soon as possible due to upcoming travel and Mr. M. and Ms. M. were very helpful in expediting the process with the Indiana BMV.

Tyuu R. is the best sales associate I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend him. He is honest, sincere and is not overbearing. He went above and beyond to meet my needs. Brandon B. the sales manager did a great job too. This is the second car I bought from this dealer. They always beat the other dealers pricing and service in Indiana and Kentucy. We contacted this dealer via the internet and received a very prompt response (vs. the other dealer we contacted). Tim gave a direct and fair price which included all the car options and disclosed all fees (taxes, license, doc fees). I appreciated the transparency, which continued on our in person visit to the dealership. Tom S. was friendly and most importantly genuine (not sales-ly). The price we arrived at for the trade and and the purchase of the new RAV4 was fair and we look forward to getting the car serviced here and hopefully buying our next vehicle here.

Is is by far the easiest, most up front car purchase we have made. We will definitely return. Our salesperson, Scott, was knowledgeable about the product and presented the facts, info and offer without being pushy.
