Bought all my cars from them - till my last experience

I bought my last car from them and was overall pleased with the experience. I was contacted by them wanting to buy my car and so I went out to see what we could do. They tried to put me in a car that was ok but wasn't everything I wanted. They gave me another car and told me to take it for the weekend, I drove it and brought it back on that Monday and told them that I liked it but overall it wasn't want I wanted. I was told by the salesperson (that I have dealt with twice before) that they would look at the inventory and see if they could find what I wanted. I was told that I would hear from him by the end of business on Monday or Tuesday. I finally reached out to him on Thursday and was told that he was off the day before and just got in on Thursday and would check on what the status of finding the car was. I didn't hear back from him so I reached out to another sales person on Saturday and asked what was going on. They said that they would check into it and give me a call back. They told me that the deal was never done but they would work and see about getting it put together on Monday and give me a call back. After spending my whole Saturday the weekend before at the dealership and then again waiting around the majority of the day on Monday to hear back I reached out to the sales person about this. He reached out to the dealership and said that he would contact me back. After waiting all day Monday I heard something back on Tuesday and was told that he never heard anything back about the deal so he was going to work on it Tuesday and would let me know. I am still waiting to hear back on this. The deal is not an easy deal due to what I owe on my car and what banks will finance/lease on which I was aware of this going into this. I have bought multiple cars from them over the last 6 years and was overall pleased with it and didn't have any difficulties. Since I didn't hear from them I have decided to re-evaluate if I will ever go back to them. I used to recommend them anytime anyone wanted to buy a car - Now I know I will not go back nor will I recommend them to anyone. I just feel like if they were unable to put the deal together I should have been notified of this vs feeling like I was waiting around to hear what was going on. They weren't able to put the deal together but I was able to go to another dealership here in Springfield and they were able to put a deal together on a brand new Volvo.
