My recent purchase experience

I recently purchased a 2024 vehicle from Woodfield Lexus. This would be my first new automobile purchase since 2017. I am happy to report that my interaction with the salesman was excellent and I would gladly give Eugene Merlin 5 gold stars. However when we agreed to purchase the car, I came away with a receipt for the deposit but nothing that indicated what I was purchasing. I was disappointed that there was no product literature for the vehicle we were supposedly purchasing. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our interaction with the staff at Woodfield Lexus, especially Eugene Merlin.

Took care of everything so I could work-efficient!

I drive over 3 hours a day in my commute, often work longer than 8 hours, so I don’t have time to get my car in for service. On my WFH day, they came to the door, left me a loaner, called with suggestions and then returned my car at the end of the day.

Great Service Department

Brought my car to Woodfield Lexus for a protection plan application and was taken care of with the utmost attention, thanks to Mike & Justin. Then Rob who was examining my car upon arrival, he noticed a nail in the center of my tire, something most people, including myself, would never have seen! Tire was replaced, application done and my car was delivered and the loaner, (thank you Helen) that Lexus provided was taken back. Talk about Customer Service!

I was a little hesitant to drive out to Woodfield Lexus from Chicago at first but once there & greeted at the door, the Customer Service is like none other. My salesman, Randy Josefik was professional, witty, informative, patient and there was no pressure at all. During my time there everyone including the manager Robert, saw to it that all my needs were met. No surprise, I left out of there with a new vehicle, so glad I made the trip there!

I have owned only Lexus vehicles since 2001 and have had them serviced at the local Lexus dealership in 3 different states. Woodfield Lexus does quality work at a reasonable price and is timely and efficient. My experience has not been any less simply because I didn’t buy my car there. When it comes time to make a new car purchase, I will only deal with Woodfield Lexus!
