Oil change & tire rotation

onAfter tire rotation, tire pressure measured 31 psi on the TPMS which was below specification which is a problem and is the basis for the above rating.

Never fixed the problem

onI took my car in because there is something wrong with the starter and the mirror memory 'feature' goes haywire and moves the mirrors to completely wrong places. They charged me for the work, didn't fix either problem, and broke more things during the process. I had to take it back in multiple times after they broke the radio, the rear camera display, and the tire monitor system. I'm so fed up I'm taking it to a dealership 20 miles away now instead of the one right by my house.

Bait and Switch

onI went in looking to take advantage of year end rebates on some of the 2016 GMC SUV's because I still owed on my trade in and these rebates would more then cover the negative equity. Well I found an option I just loved but do to credit issues it was not going to work the way I wanted it to. Instead I was told that they 100% could get me the same car used but only one model year older with 17,000 miles at a monthly payment I could afford. I was told it was a done deal and that I could pick the car up the next day. But I get there the next day to find they were now trying to get me to buy a different car and told me that was the only one I could get in to because of credit. Now the done deal for the vehicle I want will cost me $2500.00 down. NOT WHAT THEY PROMISED ME! Bait and switch! They did this same thing a few years before when my girlfriend at the time bought a used Ford Flex. They quoted us the price over the phone and when we arrived the the price had gone up by $3000.00.

Great caring service

onGreat service -good work with nice warranty, nice loaner vehicle to use while work was being done, caring friendly service worker, good prices, great hours, good explanation of the work that needed done and all that had been checked out, and while I didn't need the waiting room this time, I have used it in the past and found it comfortable

Play back room tricks

onWe purchased a new gmc terrain Denali. Part of the deal was a 3 year service contract. We purchased the vehicle and left. A couple of months later we returned for our first oil change. Didn't think there would be a charge since we had the service agreement. Wrong. What I believe happened was in the process of negotiating the deal the new car manager removed the service agreement, but not the cost of it. My advice is every time the sales agreement leaves your sight, you need to read the whole thing over again to see if they made any changes. In my case they did.

Arrogant repair dept

onVery unhelpful in making warranty repairs to new LaCrosse. Made engine adjustments and now the whole car and steering wheel vibrate. While waiting for repairs they crashed the garage door on the top of a customers GMC and didn't even bother to check for damage.
