Hyundai Kona purchase

by Happy customer on 10/28/2023

Great experience with our purchase at Gurnee Hyundai. Brian did a great job of showing us the car and features. Jorge worked with us to provide the best price for our trade-in and new car! We would recommend them gladly!

Stay Away!!!

by RA on 08/02/2023

Be aware and stay away from [non-permissible content removed]. Foolishly, I thought the days of slimy car salesmen were over, unfortunately, I was dead wrong. Once I arrive at the “dealership”, I found that the fair online price (Cargurus) required an additional $3000 in useless accessories including a fee of $2,495 for paint protection (the vehicle has multiple scratches) and a fee of $650 for a LoJack system that does not work. Regardless, my son fell in love with the vehicle so we decided to purchase it. Then somehow during the financing process an additional $2K was added to the overall price of the car that wiped out the value of his trade-in vehicle. When my son and I called and questioned the discrepancy a day later we were given the runaround by the dealership staff who would not call us back to address our concerns. Two days later we visited the dealership for the third time in person and left in shock at how our salesman Rodger lied to our face and how the slimy manager, Leonides condescendingly responded to our concerns. I understand that car dealers need to make a profit but give me a break! This dealership did nothing but destroy the reputation of the trusted Rohrman Auto Group name by price gouging a first-time buyer out of roughly $1800, which they most likely would have made back 10-fold in service and repeat future business. Instead, all that Gurnee Hyundai will receive is additional horrible business reviews. Doubt they will care, I guess the days of slimy car salesmen will continue to live on at Gurnee Hyundai.

Awesome Used Car Purchase Experience

by Steve on 06/14/2023

I visited Gurnee Hyundai a few days after previously setting up a morning appt to look at a specific used car identified online. I was met in the lot by Pasha and was directed to the car in question. After a test ride we sat down in the office, reviewed the options and finalized the deal with detailing to be completed. Since I lived a distance away from the dealership Jerry offered to have the car delivered to my home. David in finance completed the paperwork and I was on my way. The car arrived at my home as promised and in beautiful spotless condition. Kudos to all who helped make this a positive experience. I highly recommend this sales team and dealership.

Spam!!! And Fraud !!!

by Frank on 03/26/2023

The employee there is friend and good. But their finance manager is very unprofessional and rude. I was visiting earlier today for getting a new car. They first pull out a way unrealistic number and after negotiation. They gave me an oral offer on the price we both agree on and said that they would start the process and pulled my credit. After that, they said they cannot make it and tried to withdraw the offer and increased the OTD price. I refused to agree on the price. Then their Finance Manager started insulting me and saying very inappropriate words in front of others. TRY TO AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! They just try to ripped off. I will never visit them again.

Not honoring THEIR web site prices on NEW vehicles

by MikeG on 04/01/2021

They simply do not honor their advertised on their web site prices on the NEW cars (which at times are much lower than MSRP). So, whatever you see online is all total BS. You call them, they tell you the car is on their lot and they will honor the price. When you come to the dealership the car is there on the lot, the advertised price is there displayed on the screen in front of you on their computers but they will not sell the car to you for the price + all requires fees. Basically, you are at square one negotiating the price starting with original MSRP. The dealer lectured me that they don't have to sell the car to me for the advertised price because of small print on the site stating the price can change without a notice. Guess what? The price did not change on their web site, it did not change when you talk to them on the phone, but it did change when I walked into the dealership in person. It's like the dealership is the only place where the price is different. To save a deal I even offered to buy the car for HIGHER than advertised price but no - my offer was rejected. Now, tell me what the advertised on their web site price is? It is total BS designed to lure you onto their premises. That's all. While I agree a dealer is not under obligation to sell the car to me I find the tactics unacceptable. It all ended with time lost for both parties and bunch of negative emotions. Why does it have to be like this? Advertise a realistic price, stick to it, everyone would be happier and the chances of a deal go up dramatically. Just a thought. So, give yourself a favor - save your time and find a dealership which honors their advertised prices on the new cars. Or if you still want to try your luck - negotiate final price by phone and request signed by manager purchased contract first sent to you by email. Even then I would not bet a nickel they will honor their contract. Good luck.

Price Scam

by Linn5218 on 04/28/2018

Although I am offering Gurnee Hyundai a one star rating - this review is not written out of anger. It's simply the truth of my experience and, of course, a Buyer Beware warning to all future potential customers (victims). My son and I visited Gurnee Hyundai yesterday 04/27/2018 after we had seen certain advertised cars with prices listed $2,500 - $5,000. And we test drove a few. Decided to purchase a 2010 Hyundai Elantra that was not only listed for $4,500 but was also quoted as $4,500 by the salesperson Daniel and his manager Roger. OK, let's do it. I had the cash. Counted it out at the desk while Daniel was on the computer. But then I'm asked for my social security number... Uh. Why? Because cash&carry was the idea donchaknow?? But ok do it. So Daniel comes back and whoa. The cost of the vehicle came back at $7,600+ - $7,900+ I can't remember the exact number. I asked how? How??? Why? And we go over the numbers. What.A.Joke. Seriously. This place is a scam. Nope. No thank you. Buh-bye and have a nice day. So Daniel brings in Roger. What can we do for you? My retort is sell it to me for the advertised and quoted price of $4,500. Instead they turn to financing. Ahahahaha. No. They chitchat with us and yeah my son and I played the game. Challenge us. Try to manipulate us because we're good. We had nothing to lose. And we can waste your time too...and walk away happy you didn't get a sale because of YOUR scam. So over 5 or 6 hours they keep coming back with numbers nowhere near the advertised and quoted price of $4,500. The same question of what can we do...? Of course, my response NEVER waivered - sell it to me at $4,500 as quoted. Daniel claimed ALL dealerships upcharge like this. Ahahahaha. So I called 4 others - and no. No they don't. Roger is talking to someone on the phone as we sat there and told them that I was in "sticker shock". Now, that's funny... Because, come on, the "sticker" price was fantastic! My alleged shock came from their shadey, manipulative, and dishonest business practices. But alright. I'll act like I didn't hear that. Because I got this. Roger comes back with a "hot number. This is good. You're gonna love this." $6,700 for an advertised AND quoted price of $4,500. Again NO. "what can we do?" really? Really? Yes. I'm not exaggerating. They asked again. Folks, you have to love my resolve, I responded as I had the other dozen times and said give it to me as quoted for $4,500. And then I walked away. 5 or 6 hours later walked away with my cash, my dignity, my determination. Yep. And I showed my son how to NOT be swayed by pleasant, charming, smiling salespeople. Because at the end of the day - after they've scammed and manipulated countless others they will still be wearing their designer panties and bras and silk boxers and gold watches - while consumers are ordering off the dollar menu at McDonald's and watching their car get repo'd. NOT happening to me. So.....to whatever manager, owner, or marketing person at Gurnee Hyundai that sees this review. DON'T respond with whatever apology or request to contact you at whatever email so you can "fix" this or try to work it out. Just don't. Contact me, Daryl Geisen (you have my number) ONLY if you are prepared to sell the 2010 Hyundai Elantra at $4,500 as advertised and quoted. I will update the results here regarding any and all contact.

Wisconsin Residents Beware

by TruthIsHonesty on 01/28/2017

On January 13, 2016 I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic from Gurnee Hyundai. To be clear, Akira Shibata and Leonardo Sfondouris told me that they would sell me the car with $500.00 down and whatever else I would be able to come up with "as close as I could to $3,000.00"; which they were both told was an additional $2,200.00 bringing the total to $2,700.00. They also told me that they were doing this deal without the permission of their General Manager, John Kokkalis because Akira "wanted to do a good thing because of our conversation about God and children and he could see we were a family in need." When I was writing out the checks, Leonardo forced me to write the check for $2,500.00 and not $2,200.00 by continually and relentlessly badgering me to "do the right thing because of the limb they were on with their GM and how much trouble Akira is going to be in.” I even began crying with all the relentless pressure despite my partner saying just write the check for $2,200.00. I told them that the $2,500.00 I would not have until January 20, 2017, if at all, and they had me re-write the check out with the date of January 13, 2017 and not January 20, 2017 as I had done initially to secure the deal. I was then rushed into a room to sign paperwork despite telling both my salesman and finance manager that I did not have my reading glasses. I said I was uneasy in signing the paperwork; they again assured me everything was just as they promised. During this process I was told more than once that the "Documentary Services" fee is a State of Illinois Mandatory Requirement on all automobile purchases by both the finance manager and salesman. I questioned this with my salesman in an email dated January 22, 2017 and he replied with completely different information: "all dealerships charge this fee” which again is misleading and false; it is a discretionary fee per dealership NOT a State of Illinois Mandatory Requirement. I could have chosen to not pay that fee, however at the time I was not aware that it would not be charged on all purchases in Illinois and everyone at Gurnee Hyundai made me feel I had a no choice. My Bill of Sale has a $25.00 charge that applies to Illinois residents only, we reside in Wisconsin. In addition, at the time of purchase I provided $3,000.00 in payment only to find that the Bill of Sale is totaled $2,990.00 (which I have a copy of and would be more than happy to share). They have collected $35.00 that is not due to them. I want to make clear that when I agreed to purchase this vehicle I wanted to transfer my vanity plates from Wisconsin that were expired and not have new plates; I was completely transparent with that information to both my salesman and finance manager. Both my salesman and finance manager continually reassured me that they could and would handle all of the Wisconsin paperwork. On January 20, 2017 when I was at the dealership for final delivery, I was not provided a completed MV1 which is required for the State of Wisconsin (I have a copy of what I was given that I would be more than happy to share) nor a 7/30 day permit to legally drive the vehicle. I repeatedly requested both on January 13, 2017 and January 20, 2017 to handle all of the Wisconsin paperwork on my own because they clearly did not know what they were doing. I was told repeadetly that I could drive on the Bill of Sale for 30 days; which is completely false. They refused to allow me to handle the paperwork on my own despite my multiple requests and have made a mess of it all when they could have just let me handle it on my own. Carol Hull from the dealership had to call the Wisconsin DOT ONLY after being contacted by a representative from the Illinois Secretary of State outlining the concerns with the Bill of Sale provided to them because I had a concern with the title that was still held by a private party and had a lien holder. The representative from the Illinois Secretary of State informed me that I was charged $25.00 I should not have been (Illinois residents only) and they are to return the $10.00 that is not accounted for on the Bill of Sale (it is illegal to not have all the figures disclosed on the Bill of Sale). Carol lied directly to the representative and told him that I was given a 7/30 day permit which was the cost/difference of the $10.00. Between the dates of January 22, 2017 to January 27, 2017 I have attempted to resolve this matter via multiple emails with the dealership (which do not get returned with honest and forthcoming information), verbally with Carol Hull and John Kokkalis (who was verbally aggressive, abusive and threatening), left multiple voicemail and email messages for Ryan Rohrman (that have never been returned), and spoke to Gaby Carreno who assured me we would determine an amicable resolution to only not have her return any communication. Clearly Rohrman Auto Group does not act ethically and commits fraudulent acts against out of state residents; which we have and will be taking further action on. $35.00 may not seem to be a lot to anyone reading this, but consider what my salesmen Leonardo wrote in an email to me: “We have delivered hundreds of cars in Wisconsin and never had a problem.” $35.00X100=$3,500.00 -- $3,500.00 that they have stolen from Wisconsin customers alone. Completely unethical and deceptive business practices. STAY AWAY FROM GURNEE HYUNDAI – they are [non-permissible content removed] guaranteed they lie and cheat every customer – they are a prime example of why dealerships and car salesman get a bad name.

Lied to our faces to get the deal and the GSM admitted it!

by PennyC54 on 01/24/2017

Abhorrent behavior from the staff who will say ANYTHING to get a deal. They lie through their teeth. They told us we could trade our car in and they would pay the remainder of the lease. Two months later when the lease isn't paid, the GSM tells us that they don't care that they mislead us, that they never took the car on a trade (um, okay, what, we just left it at the dealership for fun then, or...??). They told us not to worry about anything. They told us they would take our trade in and they shook our hands. They are [non-permissible content removed] and they don't even care about making it right. Gutless GSM wouldn't even come out of his office for 30 minutes. We had to refuse to leave before he would even bother to give us the time of day. Disappointing to see a dealership with the Rohrman name treating customers this way. We won't be treated this way - and we will be taking further action.

Lots of lies!

by bmac420 on 12/06/2016

Guys and girls, Girls and Guys, Gather Around and feast your eyes, and I will tell you a Terrorizing Tale full of Untruths, False Promises, and lots of LIES! I had gotten into a car crash and needed a car, I happened to know a sales guy over at Gurnee Hyundia, So I give him a call, he tells me to come over. They give me a decent offer on my crashed car (the ONLY good thing they did for me). I end up taking a 2013 Nissan Sentra. The Car is Awesome. I love it. But then I get a call from the dealership saying that I do not make enough money to get it. They make me Bring it back. I work in Sales and my job is commission based, so my pay can be very erratic. Some months I make five thousand, others i make twelve hundred. I told them this multiple times when buying the car. But no, Instead of listening to me, they took my Biggest commission check and times it by 12 months. Then told the bank that I make that amount annually. they make me return the car after 3 weeks of having it. So, I bring the Car back. I end up taking a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with only 79,000 miles. the day after I bought the car, the car already has transmission issues. Basically, when I am on the Highway, the car looses control of what gear its in. then cant find a gear for a good 10 seconds, while im rapidly declining speed on a 70mph highway. I went back and told them about this. they said they would have thier mechanic look at it. For about 3 whole days, they NEVER CONTACTED ME about ANYTHING going on with my car. I had to keep calling to get any kind of progress on anything. Each time I call, they PROMISE a call back. NO ONE EVER CALLS! They do a Transmission flush. Which ended up doing nothing, because the car still has the same issue. also, the car's Low Oil Pressure Light has been flashing on when I am coming to a stop. I even have the guy who sold me the car ride in the car with me, and the check engine light popped up while we drove! Also, After 2 days of having it, the front tire goes flat. I change the tire, then bring it to a gas station to check the other tire pressures. EVERY SINGLE TIRE WAS INFLATED TO 10PSI !!!! Data plate reads that it should be at 31 PSI. Also, when i bought the car, it was missing the passenger side mirror. and the part was in the trunk. They promised me to put the mirror on. When I came to pick it up it was STILL not installed and the part was still in the trunk. My radio also has been restarted by the dealer and needs a special code for it to work. I brought it there this morning, then the sales manager pretends to not see me from his office with a big window, as I stand at the front of the dealership for ten minutes. Someone finally approaches me, I tell him the used car I bought is having major issues and that im working with Jason on it. Jason doesnt come out to see me, he tells the guy to send me back to service. I ask the guy, if Jason is doing something for me, or is he basically just telling me im on my own. he goes back in and asks, and just tells me to go to the service desk. The service guy basically tells me I'm on my own. I get a little curious, and decide to ask the service guy if he can pull up the Incoming inspection for my vehicle. he looked up my car, and states that IT NEVER WENT THOUGH THEIR USED CAR INSPECTION!!!!! it went to get detailed and straight to the lot. NEVER TO BE SEEN BY A MECHANIC!!! Jason also ASSURED ME that this car went though inspection. He LIED! I also asked a different manager if the Warranty i purchased for my car would cover the Hybrid battery if it where to fail. he told me it would cover EVERYTHING under the hood. I called the actual warranty company. HE LIED! THESE GUYS WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO SIGN YOUR PAPERWORK. THEN ONCE THEY GOT YOUR SIGNATURE, THEY STOP CARING ABOUT YOU. DO NOT EVEN TAKE A STEP ON THIS CAR LOT! Its really obvious they do not care about their reputation, because, they cant even achieve 2 stars on yelp.

Prices Quoted On-line are Not What they State

by Jesse1011 on 09/05/2016

This experience was the worst car buying experience of my life. For hours we were told the Internet price was what we would pay on the new 2015 Hyundai Elantra. Once in the door after being told our Salesman was busy. We were given one in the car business for 3 months. They refused to give a price, just worked me on payments. Ran my credit 12 times! Found this out after starting new job as they feared I was a victim of identity theft! The Internet price became inflated over $3,000! I was in need of a car and they took advantage. Once in the Finance office after hours of waiting they added an additional $1,495 they said because of my credit! I should have run for my life and dignity. Don't humiliate yourself as there are other dealers that won't Treat you like dirt.

Sell it regardless of how safe it is!

by judibelle on 08/19/2016

Most of the sales experience was pleasant. I was told service would follow-up with me regarding the repair required as part of the sale; they didn't. After a week I called to schedule for repair and was told it would be a two to three day fix. There weren't any loaner vehicles available so I had to figure out how to get around for the next few days. Day three, no call so I called at 8am and was told they were just finishing up (adding oil) and would call me as soon as it was finished. At 230pm I called to follow-up ... again. I was asked when I needed it back and I said, "by 3pm." At that time they told me, "oh it's complete". I arrived and the cashier couldn't find the paperwork. Then the service advisor said the paperwork would be mailed and handed me my key. Still no paperwork two weeks post service visit. The customer service in this department needs a bit of work. What did I mean by "most of the sales experience was pleasant"? I'll tell you now... The sales person was very nice. That was the pleasant part. The not so pleasant part... I purchased a used vehicle and I had the Carfax report in hand. It showed an open recall which I asked twice about. The sales person said he would check into it, but didn't get an answer. The second person (I think a sales manager of some sort) said it had been completed. I was told I could see a copy of some sort of car inspection report (multiple times referered to as a "CIR") to see what work was completed by the dealership to ready it for the sale, but it never materialized. Bottom line, after researching further on my own, the recall was not completed. I've been told by the vehicle maker it (the vehicle) should not have been resold. When I spoke to the person in charge of general sales, I was told it's not their problem and because there's not a "stop sell" on the vehicle it's safe enough for them to resell it. Safe enough! Nevermind safety issues which could result in serious injury or death! Nevermind other dealers and the vehicle maker saying, it should not have been resold until the recall, or very minimum interim fix were completed! Bob Rohrman's Gurnee Hyundai representatives says it's safe enough. Thanks Gurnee Hyundai for allowing my life an entry to play your safe enough lottery! #bobrohrman #bobrohrmanautogroup #gurneehyundai #rohrman.com #preownedcarnightmare

Do not keep promises

by unsatisfied34 on 08/05/2016

By the end of 2015 I leased two Santa Fe's at this dealership and traded in two other lease cars - a Ford an a Hyundai. Part of the deal was that Hyundai was supposed to take over the last remaining payment of both cars. It worked well with the Ford but they never paid off the Hyundai. I had been contacted several times by Hyundai Finance regarding the open payment and I contacted the dealership. They always told me that they will take care of it - but never did. Now I got a letter from CCB to pay or my credit score will be hit. I personally went to the dealership and was told by the new director of finance that, since they cannot find any notes regarding the deal they will not pay and I will be responsible for the last payment. They do not deny that they did not follow the proper procedures during the sale but are not willing to take over the responsibility. The argument is: " Oh, I'm new and I'm not responsible for my predecessors actions". All I can say is that first of all I will never buy or lease cars with the Rohrmann Group again and secondly I'm going to pay since I don't want to get my credit score hit negatively. As a summary I suggest to be very careful, especially with the Gurnee dealership when you close a deal. Make sure to have everything in writing and properly documented on their end.

false advertising

by fernie4 on 07/13/2016

I found a good price online and contacted the online sales person. I told her I'd be driving at least 45 minutes so I wanted to make sure it would be worth my while. She said of course. My mistake was not securing the price, although I have a feeling they would have promised anything to get me through the door. The salesmen were nice, but when it came time to quote numbers, the vehicle was priced at least $3000 more than the online price. I tried to fight for the online price but they said it was after specific rebates that I didn't qualify for. I asked them: "do you expect everyone to be a military uber driver"? They said Hyundai allows them to use these low prices to bait people... needless to say I walked out not to return again. If this isn't false advertising I don't know what is.

Very Bad experience and General manager (Jody)

by vincev2 on 10/26/2015

All I can say is look at the the reviews they are not just crazy people writing bad things. The General manager has the attitude that you buy and if you have a problem with the way we treat you, to bad! It all starts with the management and I can say in all my years, this guy is the worst. You want a bad experience or something crazy to laugh about that you won't experience in a professional environment, go see Jody the General Manager at this dealer, he will come right out and tell you he just doesn't give a darn about you. I experienced it first hand and if they were the only Hyundai dealer I would no longer be a Hyundai customer, that's a fact

Great experience!!!

by happy58 on 03/26/2012

On Friday I went to Gurnee Hyundai with my wife and son. We were looking to replace one of our cars and and test drove a new Elantra. We went inside and sat down and worked out a price within 15 minutes! They were pretty busy and while we were wait to do the paper work, my wife and I decided that we really needed to replace our other car. When the salesperson came back we told him what we wanted to do. Not only did he find us a second car (they didn't have the color I wanted) he drove to get it while we were doing paper work on the first one. Steve was our salesperson and he was very nice to work with. I have already recommended them to my boss!

Worst Dealership Ever, and I've bought many cars in my time....

by koziollz on 09/12/2011

Gurnee Hyundai has given me the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I give them 0/5 stars, if I could I would give them a negative number rating as they deserve it. Gurnee Hyundai is part of the Bob Rohrman Auto Group with the local IL entity name of “ROHR-GURNEE MOTORS, INC.” They made me lose faith in good salesmanship and business practices. When you think of car salesman and the all the negative sleazy [violative content deleted] stereotypes come to mind this places meets them all and makes them look like child splay. They are the worst of the worst. They lie, cheat, and attempt to rip off the customer to their best advantage. I don’t believe anything they said to me was the truth at this point. My experience with them took about 5 hours total, over 3 spent in the dealership on Friday night. We had the vehicle picked out, agreed on a price, discussed financing criteria which were met, but told something was not approved. I questioned what wasn’t approved if we met all the criteria; we were not given a straight answer. We were told the “finance manager” would have to call the bank as the one on shift currently is a “new guy” and not so great with these “more complicated deals.”I requested to hold the car, to which I was told no. I requested to put a deposit down on the car, which I was told no. The next day I received a voicemail stating the deal is “not doable” without any concrete explanation. I called back numerous times to speak with the sales person or the finance manager but none would answer the phone or return my voicemail and messages left with the receptionist. The sales person answered once, only to say he has to call me back and hung up on me. No one called back. I sent a message to the Bob Rohrman Auto Group, with the same outcome of no one contacting me. I am sure the car has been sold to someone else and we have been neglected and discarded at this point. These are all terrible business practices. This establishment is a model example of an un-ethical dealership, let alone a business. They do not care about anything and anybody at all. I am concerned about the illegal actives that could be taking place behind closed doors in the finance office. If credit was ran and not approved they are legally obligated to provide the denial of credit reasoning. Since I cannot speak with anyone at the dealership it is difficult for me to request and receive this information. Please take a look at all the other reviews online. You DO NOT want to visit this place and definitely DO NOT purchase a vehicle from here. Choose a reputable business to make such an expensive decision at. I hope this helps future Hyundai customers choose a better dealership. Thank you for looking!

Best car buying experience ever!

I found a 2009 RAV4 on their web site. I called and spoke with Wael and he was extremely helpful. I called him back twice more before driving down to see the car.I've read the other reviews and was a little worried about going down there, but I was pleasantly suprised. I ended up purchasing it the same day. I was absolutely impressed by the friendliness of everyone I spoke with. My salesman Wael was awesome, the sales manager was great, and the finance manger was fun to work with. I have never enjoyed buying a car this much. I usually find it to be a chore, especially being a single woman. I'd been shopping around for a couple of months and many salespeople have treated me like I'm an idiot, assuming I hadn't done my research or that I couldn't add. They were very upfront with their pricing, there was no high pressure sales. I walked in with the numbers I wanted, we talked and walked out with my car. I can honestly say that I will send everyone I know to Wael at Gurnee Hyundai. I know the other reviews on here are not positive, so I wonder if there's been a general change in management (I know the finance manager is new to the store). Seriously, I would send my kids there to buy a car if there were old enough to drive. The staff was so friendly, the process was so easy and my car is incredible. I LOVE GURNEE HYUDAI!

The worst (ever) car dealer... I was on the way to [another dealership] to meet with Tammy but it was snowing so instead i decided to go to this dealer to check out some SFes..What a BIG Mistake! Then I saw this guy eating popcorn besides the popcorn machine so I approached him...2nd Mistake. he is one of the sales managers. After walking around looking for a salesperson, he found one....I drove a Santa Fe around the area for a few minutes. I did not like the color of the vehicle so I decided to look at another Santa Fe...3rd Mistake. We sat down and that's when all my troubles began. Like in the old days...scribble some numbers, go talk to [violative content deleted], comes back with a different numbers, etc...I showed the salesman a price quote from Tammy but they cannot match it. ( I should walk away right then... stupid of me, I stayed). The sale [violative content deleted] showed me some numbers...then I agreed (stupid of me). The salesman said I get the dvd system for Free so it seems fair until I signed the paperwork (stupid of me, again). The sales [violative content deleted] moneyged to include the price of the dvd system back in the papermess. They're good !! It was past closing time... everyone else were gone. I had to wait the next business day to let my disgusted feelings out . But, of course they don't (deleted) care. Before that day I was a previous customer...now i am a dumb previous victim.

Awful salesman

by joemama22 on 03/18/2010

I called these guys one day to get a price quote on a vehicle. They acted like I was a moron and told me to go shop some where else if I didn't like the price on the vehicle. I would never shop there. I overlooked the poor reviews hoping the management issues were taken care of, looks like they weren't. DON"T SHOP THERE, unless you want to be treated like dirt.
