onUpdate: I spoke to product specialist Leon. He acknowledged the issue and agreed to bear the expense. I will fix the alignment issue at pep boys and dealer will bear the cost. Good service.

STAY AWAY!!
by 01/11/2018
onBuyers stay away!! Only purchase a car from this dealership if you take your mechanic with you. Their mechanics are inexperienced and dont know what they are doing. I purchased a Porsche Panamera that had mechanical issues and an electrical problem. Once driving the car 200 miles I started to notice the problems in which they refused to fix. They state all the cars are inspected and have no problems, but I purchased a car that didnt have a working horn and had a worn out upper control arm barring. They only agreed to fix the horn, only after I took it to Porsche to have it inspected. Terrible customer service from the manager Adrian, only cares about the money and once he has your money your at his disposal when it comes to the broken cars he sells. STAY AWAY!

Clean CarFax! It's not clean
by 12/14/2017
onThey sold me 2013 Lexus which i paid around $40K for and it supposed to be a clean CarFax (they gave me a clean history CarFax) and when I checked later it appears with an accident which happened while they owned the car. I talked to them and they said they can't do anything about it. I'm searching for a lawyer now to deal with it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Shop here for lies and unsafe cars!

onThis dealership sold me a car with major safety issues. Subframe bolts were missing, zip ties and jb weld were used as replacements. The transmission failed after 130 miles. This car is a 2007 BMW M6 that I paid $25000 for. The trans issue will cost $6000 for repair. The Manager Adrian said he would have it repaired and even spoke to my local BMW dealer. Adrian is a [non-permissible content removed] Now he avoids my calls and will not call me back.

Great Place to Shop!!!

onMy car completely died, had no value for trade-in and I needed a car. Lux was great to work with, they had a great Toyota in their inventory and the finance guy was so helpful in helping us get a loan! I would recommend this group to everyone!

onGood experience. Salesman seemed inexperienced, but nice. Not much pitch. But done needed. Lots of away time. Very informal.
